A gem of a small family run hotel with a lovely coffee store and courtyard to sit, enjoy your excellent coffee, pastries, salads, sandwiches and other delicious food items, lovingly prepared for you. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The location is very close to the castle and the old part of Koepenick, just walk over the bridge and its right there. The staff was accommodating and friendly, made me feel at home and welcomed and made my stay wonderful.

We had the small apartment "Wilhelm Busch". The bed was excellent for us, bath and kitchenette roomy. Bath room has a real bath tub! We got a fresh mineral water bottle each day, although the water on the tap was really good (it doesn't taste always so great in Berlin, although it is always safe to drink). Ear plugs were also available, but we didn't need them. Room temperature was good, and one could even change it (our visit was during heating season).
The adjoining Cafe Baguette und Buch offers great sandwiches, flammkuchen, rolls etc. The reception is in this Cafe
Hotel is also very easily reachable with public transportation (tram and bus)

Perfectly placed with tram & bus stops outside hotel.
Around 30 minutes public transport into central Berlin.
Perfect for us attending the Union Berlin game.
Would definitely stop again
Only grumble was heating in the room wasn’t on when we 1st arrived. Very cold outside, would have thought heating in room would be on.
