A secluded location and lovely to enjoy the Mountain View’s and lovely birds and gardens.
The steps to walk up to the room, however, that was the reason we got such fabulous views.

The location. Stunning views over Little Adam’s Peak from a lovely pool. Peace away from the busyness of Kandy, only a short tuk tuk ride away with their lovely in-house driver Asfaak who was a great guide when we visited places. Good food, friendly staff and luxurious room.
A little overpriced compared to luxury in other areas but Ella is an expensive place. Vegetarian choices a little limited.

It was a haven from the craziness of Ella. The view was breathtaking and the breakfast definitely something to get up for. The staff are really lovely, particularly the gardeners who always had a smile on their faces and a happy ‘hello’.
All the towels could do with a refresh. The pool towels had brown marks on them and the room towels felt old.
