The room was very comfortable and staff was very courteous and attentive. Jésus was great. Location was fine for us, but could have had better views - there isn't really a view of the lake. The hot tubs were very nice, and the food at the restaurant was fantastic! One of our better meals in Iceland. We ate lunch at the pub in the parking lot the next day and the Fish and Chips was also first rate.
My only criticism on value is one I have for literally every place we stayed. EVERYTHING is so expensive in Iceland. This hotel was no exception. Also - I rated the wifi as poor because it is an open network. It worked fine, but open networks aren't safe.

The suite was very well appointed, lots of space to keep clothes and luggage. Huge bathroom with very nice towels and shower. The breakfast buffet provided was really good.
