Conveniently located nice hotel in Husavik

The location is super convenient if you have a whale watching tour in the morning (walking distance to the docks). The rooms were nice and spacious and the breakfast satisfactory.

The hairdryer could be much better for the standard of the hotel.

Good for Húsavík stop

Room was large n shower/bath large. Modern look. Close to walk to restaurants. Quiet

No views from hotel. Beds were just ok, not super comfortable.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was HOT and smelled like it hadn't been opened in weeks. There wasnt even a fan to circulate air which would have been nice since the windows didnt open.The shower wasn't properly sealed so the whole bathroom floor flooded and the tile wasn't done right so the edges were uneven and sharp.

Overpriced, rooms are small, much better places to stay for much cheaper in most of iceland

Nice hotel in Husavik!

Hotel is beautiful and some rooms have views to the sea and the Husavik town. Room is big and cozy. Big confortable bed and big windows. Cute little bathroom. Coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast was very simple, was a little bit dissapointing. But overhall i enjoyed my stay. There few nice restaurants in the area and a nice bakery very close to the hotel. Short distance from Geosea!

Hotel with good location

Breakfast is good, room is clean and bed is comfortable. Good location with restaurants, convenient shop, petrol station and a pharmacy round the corner.

The toilet is extremely small with an over hung television near the toilet that may cause accident walking in and out to the toilet. The heater is not working, sleeping in the night is cold.

Pleasant

Good localization and with some options for breakfast even ir some things were not very good.

The bed was not very confortable (too soft like we were being absorved by a sponge). Old tv. The scramble eggs for breakfast were awfull. The cheese should not be in contact with air for so long because it becomes dry.

After a bumpy start it was a nice stay in a lovely room.

Good quality hotel. Room lovely and very spacious. Good view and great breakfast.

The first room we where given had a really disgusting smell from the shower drain. Unfortunately the receptionists attitude was not good and made us feel like we were making it up and tried to say it was because of a fish factory even though there was no smell anywhere else in the hotel. She did however give us another room where there was no problem at all.

It was a pleasant stay, overall.

The staff were friendly and breakfast had many varieties.

Although the room was small, but clean and tidy, however, there were some flies in the room.

Hotel in the nice town of Husavik

Husavik is a very nice city with a choice of restaurants and activities. very friendly staff at reception.

the lobby is very dark, and the main dining/breakfast room seems like a meeting room for a conference: very dark and huge talbles. again, the family rooms only had view to the parking place, which is a pity, as they really cost a lot.

The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel and recommended. Eat breakfast as soon as it opens to beat crowds.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast food was very good. Location was ideal for Husavik.

Breakfast food layout was way too small for such a big hotel. It was very crowded and cramped in the area where you picked up your food. Long lines just to get coffee. Other food stations had too many people crowded around very small spaces.

Great room and lovely view.

Great room with good facilities; spacious.The view of the harbour from our 4th floor room was wonderful.

The restaurant was cavernous and a bit soulless. The food was ok but unexceptional.

Very good

Great location close to the centre of town and a nice spacious room with comfortable beds, although the layout was a bit odd and the TV partially blocked the entrance to the bathroom... Breakfast was a bit of a scrum, but the food was decent when you got to it. Staff were welcoming and professional.
