We liked the location and the apartment was quite clean. The property owners/management was easy to reach by phone or message. Easy to check in.
Apartment is not okay for a long stay, you think apartment must be the best choice for a family and you would feel like home, but there was not a washing machine, no iron (which was unexpected), we had just one middle sized towel each and no spare towel for hands. Well, one towel for a week for one person is not enough to be honest and there was not enough space to dry the towels. Also there wasn't even salt at the kitchen for cooking, we had to go to the supermarket to buy 1kg of salt which we can not even take home after. No coffee machine, no tea, no sugar. We had no cleaning service while we stayed for 6 days and not even a cleaning product for toilet so we could clean it ourselves as 6 people were using same bathroom. Last two days of our stay there was no hot water and three nights in a row we heard some man being noisy in the hall. WiFi was weak, we had to use roaming internet some time.
I would not recommend staying in for longer than couple of days.
