It’s a spacious, well-maintained apartment, clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
Parking is also available on-site. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The location is amazing- you have loads of lovely places to eat and drink near by- you can be in the thick of many main attractions in minutes but can come away from the hustle at night. There are so many tram options within 1 minutes walk to take you all over the city. Despite this the secondary glazing does a great job at keeping it quiet. The apartment is big and clean- the bed mattresses are very comfortable. Rubbish was taken out, the apartment cleaned and new towels brought every other day. Staff kindly let us leave luggage when we arrived early. The air con might cost more, but it’s so good and well worth it. The fridge was really welcomed for drink and snack storage. It’s really good value for money for the location.
The facilities were basic- no hairdryer or iron for example. There were no sheets provided for the sofa bed- which was very uncomfy. The pillows were terrible- offered no support at all. The shower leaked really badly as the seal from the screen didn’t meet the bath tub. This led to a flooded bathroom on our first day. When reported to the receptionist she didn’t seem bothered but did give me some extra towels to clean it up. This meant we could only have a sit down shower all week. There were no plugs so couldn’t have a bath or wash properly in the sink. There was no way to dry towels as the towel rail never came on.

Rooms were very big, so that was very comfortable. It is very central and walking distance to a lot of key places.
The flat looks clean, but it is not well maintained. Water points (showers, faucets) are all moldy and the water that came out looked yellow-ish. Questionable.
There were two bathrooms (one bath and one shower) but they could not be used simultaneously as the water pressure would drop to none in both bathrooms. Also, both bathrooms did not have ventilation system so there was a lot of mold in the shower.
The lady at the reception is requesting for fees for every single ask. We went in the cooler week of September so we did not need climatisation, but I found it ridiculous that A/C would have cost 30 euros a night. The parking fee is also extremely high - I think booking should start specifying when a hotel parking is free or not.
