A nice breakfast, perfect location and a very spacious room.
Tram station is a minute away, and many place are reachable by walk. the staff were very friendly as well.
Although its in the heart of the the city, the room was quiet.
no laundry service, no smart tv, no kettle or refrigerator in the room.

Great location, excellent breakfast, 24hour check in was available (we arrived at 1 am and it was no problem).
It is very close to a train line that woke up my wife a few times. I never heard it, light sleeper thing.

Welcoming nature of those at reception.
Quality of food in the restaurant. Loud noise from tram that runs right next door. Safe was broken and they said they’d fix but never did.
