Overall the hotel was great, you really couldn't ask for a better location if you're a tourist.
About a 5min walk to the St. Charles Bridge and a 15min walk to the town square.
The check-in was a bit odd because they have what appear to be 2 front doors.
My wife and I had our two younger daughters in a 2 bed, 2 room and it was perfect.
Cold AC, blackout curtains, hot water, fast internet, plenty of room, and a TV and minibar in each room.
Breakfast was lacking a bit for your typical European breakfast at a hotel, but it had all the basics and great pastries.
The staff was very friendly, but we never really needed anything.
Overall this felt like a great value, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

The room was beautiful, with wooden beam ceilings. Very comfortable. Convenient location. Wonderful staff, especially Giuseppe. Free breakfast is a plus.

I loved this hotel. My daughter and I were greeted warmly, and offered a free welcome drink. A sweet employee carried our bags to our room. They were heavy and he was cheerful about it. Our room was spacious--we each had our own bedroom, at a reasonable price. Staff cleaned the room daily. The free breakfast was great. The location was central in busy, touristy Mala Strana, but the hotel was tucked back in a courtyard in such a way that it felt peaceful. I will stay here again!
