Με μικρή βελτίωση άριστα.

Τα περισσότερα ήταν υπέροχα όπως πρέπει.

Το μόνο μειών ήταν ότι στις 6 διανυκτετευσεις δεν μας άλλαξαν πετσέτες και σεντόνια.

2 metro ve 1 tramvay hattı da 5-7 dk yürüme mesafesinde bir konuma sahip. Odalar bir apart daire gibi her imkana sahip küçük birer ev gibiler. Hemen karşısında bir süper marker bulunuyor.

Eğer toplu taşımayı çok kullanmıyorsanız ya da merkeze yürüyerek de gideyim istiyorsanız konumunu çok sevmeyebilirsiniz. Bir de odada terlik yoktu.

Zeker een goede plek om te vertoeven.

Net en proper. Leuke afscheiding van onderdelen, zoals badkamer, "salon-kitchenette" en slaapkamer. Stille omgeving met correcte privacy. Alles is zeer functioneel ingericht. Ook nabij een metrostation die meteen toegang tot de hele stad verschaft.

Inkleding van de ruimten ietwat sober en zielloos. Straalt ietwat koelheid uit. Licthbronnen zijn nogal binair en laten weinig toe om de ruimte wat warmer of gezelliger te maken. Zout- en peper-potjes aanwezig maar leeg. Dus nutteloos aanwezig.

Fare but far from the town center

Lots of space it is like a small apartment perfect for 2 people. Contactless check in and check out. Had no problem. Had every day cleaning

A place you definitely want to stay at

Very clean and quiet. Right next to a supermarket for food. This is definitely a place we consider coming back to.

The room controller has a bright blue light that is on while you sleep on the couch (Appartement). Can easily be taped dark though.

Superb

Apartment was cosy and nice, very clean and there was also cleaning provided each day, which I didn't know. There were everything you needed including fridge, kettle or hairdryer and towels. Right across the street there is a supermarket (be aware that in Austria shops are cloes on Sunday) and very close are very good restaurants. Also tram or metro stations are in the walking distance (3 minutes).

We wanted to use lockers for our luggage in the basement when we were leaving. There were info that it is possible, but we didn't know how we would get them back, because you have to give back a key card - without it you can't get into the building - and there is no reception to ask someone. But maybe we could ask before our stay.

The room was decorated in a modern way and was close to a metro station.

I would like the room to be more clean and to have more amenities. If you stay for few days is better to book a room closer to the city center.

The Oliver apartments are great value for money and the best ace to stay in Vienna City centre. It feels like home while

check-in and check-out process was seamless. The apartment was clean and it felt like a home.

Exceptional

Great location, clean, comfortable, well equipped, spacious apartment for a family of 4. The dishwasher was a plus. :) The heating was also great. We stayed in Vienna in January with kids. I was a little concerned about the heat, but Oliver apartment has a self regulated automatic system. Contactless check-in is very easy. In case you need help or run into a problem, there is a phone number to call. The guy on the phone is super helpful and friendly. All in all, great stay in Vienna at a reasonable price. 😊

A nice place to stay in Vienna

Nice apartament in a neighborhood close to Mariahilferstrasse. The apartment is equipped with everything you need ( including a fully functional kitchenette with a dishwasher) to make your stay perfect. Good value for money.

Great location, the rest was simply OK

location was great and room was a good size. fridge was handy to have and the ability to lock up luggage before check in and after check out was appreciated.

Check in process was frustrating, too many emails in advance of check in. Bed was made each day but the room was not cleaned. The place itself had no character.

feel unfair in their attitude and in return

great difficulty in communicating with the hosts, check-in starts at exactly 3 pm, we had a queue and difficulties in check-in and there is no reasonable response, the button keeps disconnecting. This is a comment that repeats itself in booking and I at least missed it. When you send them an email, you get an automatic reply that the office Works between the hours of 9 and 12. In addition, we ordered a superior room and got a smaller room. We involved Booking, who had trouble talking to them. In the end, the room was changed. All this took us all afternoon. Very frustrating. The elevator did not work, so we had to climb 5 floors with our luggage and then also change rooms. From our balcony there was an entrance to another room (this is also a repeated comment). In addition, we experienced problems with the stove and with the dishwasher, but we already gave up on contacting them after they did not think to compensate for the problems in In the room exchange, a very bad experience, and to this is added a response of low availability.
