3月初入住3個晚上，這裡的一切都很棒。員工服務親切，提供完整流暢的服務。住宿地點非常好，鄰近滑雪場、雪具店、超商。價格可能比周遭日式傳統民宿偏高一些，但絕對物有所值！下次前往妙高一帶會再次入住。

網站上的照片與現場相符合，提供妙高高原車站與鄰近雪場的預約接送服務，非常方便。員工日語、英語都能溝通，很親切與熱情。民宿有溫泉、洗衣機、烘衣機、完美的雪具室、早餐咖啡廳與晚餐酒吧。房內設備也很齊全，廚房僅有鹽與胡椒粉可使用。期待明年再次前往！

房內浴室排水稍有不順，後來每天使用公共區溫泉，就不影響。

Very good

The space as we opted for the separate dining room. The wooden bath tub is amazing. The room was well equipped. The basement Onsen is a welcome bonus.

Fantastic accomodation with lovely onsen very close to ski lift.

The owners Kate and Ricky were amazing hosts. went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Ben was not just an amazing bartender/driver but also had awesome knowledge about the local ski areas and the best place to go each day.

My stay with The Address is the most impressive one I had so far for snowboarding trip in Japan

Great Location, Onsen is never crowded and the best service I have ever experienced. Have good internet connection, desk and chair so is also suitable for remote work. Fully equipped kitchen is also a big plus for longer stay

TV is mounted high on the wall, so may not be friendly for using it as a monitor for work. Pillow is a bit too soft.

Amazing

Accommodation 10/10. Amazing finishes on the property, large rooms, great service, awesome food. I can’t say enough nice things. The owners Kate and Rick were absolutely amazing. If you have the chance, definitely stay here!

Amazing!!

We had an amazing stay! The town is small so it's a close walk to any restaurant. There was transport provided to the nearby ski resorts (e.g. sugi) and also to and fro the train station. The onsen was nice and laundry facilities available. Definitely would want to stay again if we are back here!

The place to stay in Akakura! Highly recommend!

Kate and staff were so lovely it made our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff helped us settle in without fuss and made us feel very welcomed. We only stayed 1 night but wished it was a lot longer. Fabulous drying room, excellent location, beautiful rooms and brilliant staff. Also, a special mention to Alex who drove us to our next destination - it really topped off our stay! Thanks for having us, we hope to be back next year!

Amazing stay! We're coming to stay again

Ricky and Kate were so welcoming and lovely. As the hotel was quiet, we were given a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apparentment, which was amazing! So much space and so comfortable. Kate had put food in our fridge and cupboards for us, offered to take us to the supermarket, helped with our washing, and any other needs we had. Ricky took me out on the slopes and gave me free snowboarding lessons! The beds were comfortable, the bath is huge and the apartment was a lovely place to relax. There is a huge room down stairs for all of your ski and snowboard equipment, fitted with benches, drying racks and heaters. There are womens and mens onsens, which were fantastic for relaxing and warming up after a days skiing, or even popping back midday for some lunch and an onsen before hitting the slopes again! The hotel is so close to the entrance to the slope and many other amenities, including a great convinence store across the road. If you are a couple and looking to share a private onsen, Ricky and Kate will arrange this for you with ease. Kate and Ricky put on cooked breakfast and apres ski snacks in the bar, which were all very tasty. We loved this place so much that we extended our stay, and have rebooked to return again in a couple of months 🥰 Thank you for an amazing trip Ricky and Kate

Exceptional

The owners, Rick and Kate was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with the local area. They would go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible e.g. helped us organise parking even though parking was not available on site. The welcome pack was awesome, with sufficient goodies to make breakfast and to nibble on for an in-room movie night. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the onsen was perfect after a day of snowboarding. The ski room was well equipped with plenty of space to store your gear and also dryers for your boots and gloves. The rooms were serviced daily, beds made, rubbish removed and everything tidied up before we returned to our room. Added bonus...if you need a coffee, Rick and Kate can make you one before you head off to the slope =)

What did I not like...ummm...Maybe we have to come back again to find out

Best quality hotel & customer service of any ski resort i've stayed in 13 years skiing in Japan!

The room was already equipped with snacks on the table all the necessary kitchenware in a well appointed kitchen. There was also egg bacon, bread butter, milk and juice in the fridge, which was perfect to get us going for a first few mornings on the slopes. The room was excellent size, large, bedroom with en-suite, large living kitchen dinner and separate shower and 2nd toilet. Views were great from the 4th floor. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and were able to shuttle visitors to the ski resorts with only a little advance notice when convenient for them. Amazing customer service and highly recommended place to stay in a super central location.

Nothing could have been better. This is not a budget hotel, I believe we secured our room at a discount price (around 20%, this is a 4/5star accommodation), but even if we had paid the full price i believe with the train station pick up drop off and general support with logistics and room size, we would still have been super happy!!
