This is in a fantastic location, there's a generously sized bed, and a great little air conditioning unit in the room keeps it comfortable. There's a code to access the property and keys are stored at the entrance which makes coming and going quite easy.
The unit is a very short distance from the Rialto Bridge and provides easy access to various areas. We easily walked all over the city from this location.
There were only two thin pillows on the bed and water is not included. It's be nice to have maybe 4 pillows to choose from and for water to be provided with the price of the room. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and it was provided but could have been a problem had we not asked on our way out as it did take a while to receive it.

Looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was incredibly clean and the location couldn’t be more convenient. The bed was amazing to rest in and sleep in after being so jetlagged and long travels. I really enjoyed our stay and the Manager was very lovely. We also really liked that the fridge was filled with Coca-Cola’s, beers and water bottles as we forgot to run errands about 3€-4€ euros each. Would definetly consider booking again if I come back to Venice.

Very clean, excellent location, friendly and efficient checkin. The AC worked very well and the water pressure and temperature were great.
Weird and tiny layout, very cramped for the money. Shower and bathroom entry were odd, very little space to put any bags, ok for a very short visit but not for multiple days.
