We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and well laid out, with a large bathroom and a full kitchen that made everything so convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
One thing to note: the spa pool is quite small - really only suitable for a 2 persons, so if you're visiting with kids, don't expect much room in the spa pool. We had assumed it would fit at least four people. It also took quite a while to heat up, which meant some extra waiting before we could use it.

Awesome and the best place to stay in Rotorua. Spacious, very clean and tidy. Very quiet and peaceful. Kids loved it. Felt like a home away from home.
