Love this family owned hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Can walk to and from downtown. Best jacuzzi. Good size frig and a microwave. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Like supporting a local family owned business.

Traffic noise since on main road into town. But I use as an alarm clock.

This was a very convenient place for us to stop on our way to our cabin in southwestern Colorado.

Very convenient location, very helpful staff.

I am a little shaky, going up stairs on the outside of the building, and I had not thought about requesting a room on the main floor. Also, it was a very dog friendly place, but not one speck of grass for dog walking.

Happily satisfied.

I liked having the kitchenette available to use for meal-making. The bed was comfy and the sheets were super soft. Excellent bargain.

Perfect for our hospital visit and easy access to downtown restaurants.

Clean and comfortable. Ideal location for this trip (Hospital), but also very convenient location to central Salida.

They are working on a problem with the room heater, but I was satisfied with the backup heater provided.

Excellent place overall - year after year. Our home away from home!

The staff was able to accommodate our preferred room request and expedited our checkin. They are attentive to our needs and made our stay comfortable. We love the parking right next to our room. Overall the room was very clean and comfortable as we remembered it each year. The location is good too to be away from downtown noise but easy reach to most places.

Not really much - very minor items as below. These items could add up if left unmaintained over time as we would gladly like to return for our annual trip. -Molding on flooring was starting to come up. -Fridge door shelf was broken off so you couldn't store anything on that shelf (but we used the other shelving). -Extra paper products could be left in the cabinets. -Bathroom could be left a little cleaner (ie toilet). -Some slight smell when on initial entry. We aired this out and that seemed to help.

in spite an overnight snowstorm which dumped 14” of snow, closing the town, we had all we needed!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice clean hot tub. Good location. Unit had a full kitchen and everything was very clean. Quiet. Near town but out of the center. Close walk to the river and pedestrian path.

Everything was just right.

Super clean, cozy, seriously dog friendly with beds, bowls and treats with no pet fee.

Cleanliness !! ..and my sweet little room was warm and cozy, everything I needed for myself and my doggie companion, even a motel provided dog bed; bowls and treats were also offered. I had a microwave, coffee pot with local Brown dog coffee, and refer. Downtown was within walking distance if desired and trails winding through the hills or along the river just a few minutes away. Reasonably priced too.

Great stay, we'll come again.

Nice clean comfortable room within walking distance of downtown. The office manager is close by and was very easy to reach given the quality of the instructions on the office door.

The motel parking lot is located on the curve of a very busy street. It's a little dicey getting in and out.
