The hotel is very clean.
The smell of the pillows and duvets wow

The breakfast was fine on the first day but we were there for 10 days and it is exactly the same everyday. The location is perfect, very close to the city center surrounded by restaurants and 500 meters to the train station. The Jacuzzi was working well and it was fun to have in the room.
The service is almost non-existence. We complained about the TV not working and for 10 days nothing was done. We were even asked to move to another room as they have to fix something in the room. The elevator is also not working properly. It goes to one floor but doesn't open and have to go to another floor to open. We also asked for packed breakfast as we were leaving early and they said it is fine but the next day, there was absolutely nothing prepared.
