Never book this hotel

Nothing

The rooms had no windows.There was a terrible smell in the room,The bed linen was dirty,There are insects in the room, Only the registrar had the key card for the doors..

Менеджера на ресепшене были отзывчивыми.

Очень грязно, тараканы объявились за 2 дня до выезда (раньше видимо не замечали, тк не много времени проводили в номере). Убирались очень плохо. В ванной комнате не убирались вообще. Плохо бежал кран в раковине, невозможно было даже умыться. Одеяло было для двухместной кровати очень маленькое, как будто от 1,5. Просили одеяло - никак не отреагировали. Полотенце было только одно на каждого, просили второе, дали. Чайник и кружки должны были быть в номере - не было, просили - дали. Интересное то, что дали чайник сначала, а кружки нет))) На коврах пятна, мебель старая. Помещение, а особенно ванная комната требуют ремонта. Плесени там много. На ресепшене сказали обращаться с проблемами по телефону. Но при этом телефон отключенный лежал в ящике в шкафу … так что ходили на ресепшен каждый раз))) Не рекомендую данный отель

Pathetic

Good Part : Mr. Aiden was good. Down to earth personality. He helped us to get taxi to airport. Now the bad part : TV was not working, requested 3 times but the technician never came. Neither reception guy came to see what is the issue. They just ignored the complaint (Aiden was not there, some other reception guy was there ) The other fellow at reception before Mr. Aiden was very rude. The hotel was almost empty and rooms were easily available, We arrived at 1:30 to reception and check in was supposed to be at 2:00, these people purposely kept the entire family waiting at reception. Why can't allow check in 30 mins before? Even the hotel was empty and rooms were available Very rude with talks. My one year old daughter was standing on sofa at reception the lady asked us to take her down as sofa would get dirty. Seriously a one year old baby shoes on sofa will add dirt ? The baby was all time in her baby stroller. Nothing positive about these property Rooms are very small Not very clean Cramped toilet Rude reception guys

The hotel was worth for the money. 👍

Calm environment and not crowded. spacious room with king-size bed, wardrobe, TV, dining table, dressing table, mini fridge, electric kettle, shoe rack…etc Easy to access from the Baku airport (Bolt taxi - AZN 7.50) everybody knows the hotel's name. The area was really calm and bus stops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and groceries were within walking distance.

The mattress smelled bad. The kettle was half broken but worked.

Местоположение хорошее. Отличный, добродушный персонал.

Уставшие номера. Ободранные стены, покоцаная мебель. Очень холодно в номере, спал в одежде и кофте.

Хороший вариант цена - качество,думаю мелкие недочёты в отеле устранят.

Хороший вариант за эти деньги.Быстро заселили.Предлагали несколько вариантов заселения ,на выбор.Хорошие чистые и удобные постели.В душевой комнате были банные принадлежности.

Испортил впечатления неприятный запах ,в туалетной комнате.И очень,очень громкая работа наружного блока кондиционера,за окном. Я даже несколько раз просыпался ,среди ночи.Не рекомендую людям,с проблемами со сном.

Pathetic and not recommendable

Location

They listed for parking but they didnt have any parking for us and we parked on the road, the room was smelly, the duvet was old and not warm at all. They didnt even have room freshner. The floor carpet was too dirty The washroom was too small and no toilet seat on toilet commode. The wasroom was not clean, and wash basin didnt have warm water. They didnt give the room we booked and was only intrested in taking us to bar

Never ever comeback here again.

Only the location.

Nothing , the king bed had 1 blanket for 1 person, it was broken, when I asked they said we don’t have.no boiler for water , no breakfast, the tv doesn’t work, the water in the bathrooms very little I can’t take a shower buy it , smell bad, most of the furniture broke. Never comeback again.

Супер соотношение цена-качество!

Лучшее предложение по этой цене. Отель расположен не в самом центре, но ближе к моим пунктам посещения. До уентра 2-4 остановки на автобусе или 15-20 минут пешком. Номер был замечательный, санузел и сантехника очень хорошие и в прекрасном состоянии.

Минусов не было.

Catastrophe , a fuir

ATTENTİON Ne ressemble pas à la description. İl y avait des Cafards, beaucoup d'humidité, très sale , pas de fenêtre (une petite aération) inaccessible. du jamais vu . Oreillers sans couvertures. Des gens qui marchent et crient dans le couloir a 3h du matin sans se soucier des autres . J'ai du rester quelques heures malgré l'état déplorable faute de la fatigue du voyage .

Потраченных денег жаль, даже приятный парень на рецепшене не смогу скрасить неприятное впечатление

Понравился внешний вид отеля и его расположение .Так же , могу отметить одного из работников рецепшена ( имя , к сожалению, не помню),но классный парень

В ванной плесень везде ,неприятный запах,нет ершика и освежителя воздуха .Уборка подразумевала лишь вынос мусора .Кровать- мы заказали номер с 1 кроватью,а по итогу просто были совмещены две односпальные кровати.Сам номер выглядит очень печально .Стоило нам это удовольствие 203$

This hotel was an absolutely wrong choice. I would not recommend for anyone. Accept probably people who s looking for a cheap one night stay. Breakfast is in a basement cafe, without windows, very dark, and it’s not a buffet…you r getting a plate with few slices of cheese, few veggies, salami, bread and tea. Rooms are tiny and very ugly. Hotel was showing promotion price at the moment of booking. On arrival we paid more which was a price of any better hotel. Located not in a center, so be prepared to drive anywhere.

Reception desk is very good, restaurant staff is good as well. I wish them all the best and hope they will find a better place to work in.

Rooms was Very bad

Location is very good Staff very friendly but the can not speak good english but they do them best to help you and to understand you this is the best thing

Rooms was not what we seen at booking and we reserved Two rooms should be beger rooms they gave me one room was good it is 404 after fighting with them and the room 404 was good but have bad smell from bathroom very very bad smell but size of room was good and no view. The other room 309 was Very narrow no window No location even no telephone inside room no Coofe no tea room was very very bad and Management was asked to give us this rooms because reception had orders to not change the rooms
