Good location!
Room is big, bed is comfortable!
There are shower, towels, shampoo, soap, fan, TV
No elevator, need to go up with suitcases by stairs on 3-rd floor🙄
No kettle in the room!

Very friendly and helpful staff
To begin with, you must understand that the hotel is located in a rather old building, the entrance to which is not equipped in any way and does not look like a hotel. Only a small sign says that this is a hotel. The door to the entrance of the building is closed, and if you do not know the code (370), then you will have difficulty getting inside. I tried to get in for about half an hour, rang the bell, knocked on the door, and only after I decided to go around the building, I entered the courtyard through the cafe. Let's be honest, this is more of a hostel than a hotel, so don't expect great service here. I don’t advise taking breakfast either, they are without options and are not worth it at all. It is better to go to some cafe closer to the city center.

The weather outside was unusually cold for that time, there was no additional heating in the room, and it was very cold to sit in the room even in a warm jacket.

Located not very far from the center in a quiet living area. Good and free parking. And thay have a restaurant and the patio on the spot.
It looks not like a hotel. It is more like a number of mini appartments in a residential building. The stairs very steep and narrow.
The comfortness of the room is low. They dont provide even a single bottle of water. No teapot. The room was big, but no table. Wifi is extremelly low (better say it didnt work properly).
