We enjoyed staying in this hotel. It does not look like much from the outside, but it served us well. The breakfast with home made items was excellent. The young man at the front desk was very helpful. He speaks English well which is a blessing since my Spanish is rudimentary.
The hotel advertises shuttle transport from the airport. This is mentioned on the website. Not knowing the conditions of the city and airports, I usually choose a hotel that offers this service. I contacted the hotel and was told "We do not offer any tours". I mentioned to the staff that this service was advertised and was a reason why I chose to book this hotel.
After lots of searching I was able to book a shuttle. I hope that the hotel's website will be changed.

Location
The toilet had no cleaning brush, the door was thin so you could hear the cooking lady at 2am prepping and cooking every for breakfast for 3 hours

Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was great! They held our bags all he did the W truck and kept everything safe helped the taxi to the airport and made us feel very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well taken care of.! Close to restaurants etc

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The lady who took care of breakfast almost every day was really sweet and caring.
The bathroom is very small. Stained linens, lacking a throughout clean.
