The staff was friendly and made the check-in uncomplicated. The location was good, there were parking options, and breakfast was “available” early. However, I didn’t think it was okay to serve yogurts that had been left out all night without any refrigeration.
The room didn’t have a proper window, but rather an improvised skylight without insulation, so it got very hot on sunny days. For “ventilation,” there was a small window facing the corridor that couldn’t be locked. The corridor connected to a garden used by staff for smoking, and the smell of smoke came into the room.
I would have been okay with this if it had been mentioned in the description.
