Great Central Location

It is close to several restaurants and mini marts. They provide full size shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Loved the rain shower. Wifi is secured.

There were no coffee/tea facilities or kettle for boiling water. Wifi was weak and tends to disconnect unless you are close to the door. If you want to escape the Chilean tax, only foreign credit cards are accepted and not debit cards. The alternative is to pay in US dollars in cash.

Son emplacement et sa piscine.

Le personnel du petit déjeuner n’était pas toujours sympathique et accueillant, mais surtout, il n’y avait pas d’œufs brouillés le dimanche !!!

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast

It was a very comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. I eat a plant based diet and most hotels do not offer good plant based breakfasts. I really enjoyed the oatmeal bar they had.

Mala experiencia con Boking

La calidez excelente.

Mala información sobre , con los cobros de reservas. Eso fue una mala experiencia. No se puso pagar el lugar convenido según reserva.( se pagaría cuando llegábamos al hotel y lo debutaron sin autorización de la tarjeta). No recomiendo el método de Booking.

Glamur prestancia y elegania

Todo estubo muy bien piscina excelente el desayuno muy bueno la atencion de maravilla y la ubicacion muy central totalmente reomendable y para una proxima vez volvere ahi mismo .... la tencion del personal excelente

Tener estacionamiento para el vehiculo ahi mismo en el hotel.

Muy buena ubicación y desayuno también.

Todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado, las camas y almohadas comodísimas.

Pésima aislación acústica de puertas y paredes. Nos tocaron vecinos que hablaban fuerte y parecía que estaban dentro de la habitación. También se escuchan claramente los ruidos del pasillo y del baño (mi hijo intentaba hablar susurrando por teléfono con la puerta cerrada y yo escuchaba todo desde la cama).

Informações erradas na reserva

Gostamos do café da manhã.

Reservamos um quarto para 3 pessoas com 35 M2 e perguntamos antes de fazer a reserva se haveria disponibilidade de colocar um colchão para uma criança de 5 anos e foi respondido que sim. Um dia antes da reserva recebi uma notificação que falou sobre a indisponibilidade de colocar o colchão. Ao entrar no quarto reparei que o quarto era pequeno e não tinha nem perto de 35 M2. Se tivesse as informações certas quando reservei não tinha reservado. Eles comentaram que tanto a resposta afirmativa sobre o colchão quanto o tamanho do quarto era informações do booking e que as reservas pelo booking estavam dando problemas.

well situared, nice personal

Is very well located, close to everything. There is free parking close to the hotel, that is good, but the room was too small for 3 people. It has an attic for the 3rd bed, and the attic was small

The floor of the room was never cleaned. and the swimming pool was too cold

Location and breakfast.

Internet was really bad and not usable. Also didn’t like requirement to wear swim cap in order to use the pool. They should list this as a requirement so you can bring one or not plan to use pool.

Best shower in South America

Great location, very near the Plaza de Armas. Beautiful big room. The greatest shower in the history of the world...giant shower head with wonderful flow. The pool is heated to 24 degrees, so slightly cool, but nice none the less. Breakfast is nice ( and the ladt serving beeakfast is a wonderful, very nice person who is very helpful). Wonderful hotel, and overall incredible value for money (I stayed in the last few days of September, so still low season)

The key (room entry card) often demagnetises, so you have to see reception, but they fix it quickly.

Exceptional

The Shower was amazing. The staff was more than kind, helpful, and sweet. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I had a very comfortable staff. I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay there!

We received a confirmation and asked about parking, We were told it wasn't available. When we arrived, it turned out that our 2 rooms weren't available. Disappointing that they overbooked and we had to find another place to stay during the busy holiday week.

Comfortable bed in town

Great location, have restaurants and shops around. Staff were really helpful, we dropped off our bags a week before our stay as we were going for the o circuit trek. They kept our bags safe for us. Awesome breakfast spread too!

The bathroom wasn’t too clean as I expect it to be. I also don’t get that I need to pay with a credit card otherwise they will charge 19% if I pay with a debit card. Well people need to realise that not everyone wants to have a credit card and this policy is not very inclusive. The only other option is paying USD as I have no peso with me and the reception had no change so I ended up paying a few USD more than the booking, which is not a big deal but just annoying! The pool is also freezing cold, not as appetising as the picture looked.

Poor

Hotel is modern with some nice setting really surprising looking at the immediate neighborhood. Hotel has some spa and relaxing equipment but not open besides working hours.

The journey has been a miss from the start to the end : Check-in with only option to pay in USD (?), room is spacious but bathroom was not entirely clean(!), breakfast was super disappointing to any standard, reception called 2 times in the room for our checkout planned at 7am while we had to wait 15min for the taxi supposedly scheduled at this time... This is definitively not to compare to any hotel for this price or standard (4 stars really?) we experienced in Chile.

Not worth the money. We stayed in a hostel just as nice for half the cost earlier this week.

It’s in a great location and has friendly staff. The shower is also quite nice.

Both booking.com and the hotel website advertise a restaurant at the hotel. We felt very deceived as there is no restaurant. Usually I wouldn’t mind but I am on my honeymoon and we had just finished a very strenuous trek and paid extra to stay in a hotel with room service. It was deceiving. The rooms, pool and exercise area are much smaller than described.

Very friendly staf. Comfortable for a stay in Puerto Natales.

The bathroom smells moldy. No enough room for luggage. Breakfast was disappointing for the price.
