Room, staff, breakfast, location, value for money: all wonderful. If I go back to Puerto Natales, I will stay there again.
The only thing is that if you leave really early in the morning you have to take your luggage up and down a set of stairs. That is the really small inconvenience I can find.

location is very good, staff is very nice and it is a cozy place.
The private room is bad, small mattress , bathroom without door (only a curtain - that is terrible!), shower is terrible - hot water last for 5 minutes and no more for the next hours. Breakfast time is terrible, starts at 7h30am, mostl all of tours leave between 6-7am, so they should definitely change that time. Also, there is not much interaction inside the hostel during the evenings, bar is open for non guests.
