The property is small but very welcoming and very well taken care of. The staff is just amazing and very nice. They were in communication at all times and they even took our bags to the room. Access to it is easy and is located in a great location in the heart of the historic town of Santiago.
The only thing we found a bit uncomfortable was the shower. Not a deal breaker but a bit uncomfortable because the shower does not have a shower door, it’s a glass panel that covers half of the shower so the water splashes everywhere in the bathroom. They are very aware of this issue and are very attentive in giving extra towels to place on the floor. I think a good investment in shower doors would resolve this issue.

Hosts Maria and Jose were amazing! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome with nothing too much trouble. Incredibly friendly and thoughtful people. The location was outstanding, being right next to the cathedral and perfect for when finishing the Camino. The rooms are small but exceptionally clean with everything you need.

A great location…it is central to everything. The room was kept very clean during our stay. The staff is very responsive and helped address any questions we had.
The one downside is it can get noisy at night due to people walking on the street to/from bars in the area. Didn’t really bother us but something we noticed.
