The location was very good, close to Cathedral and restaurants. Reception Staff friendly and helpful.
It was however very noisy in the nighttime as it is on one of the main streets, even late at night the noise level was high. If you are a light sleeper even with earplugs this may be an issue. They supply tea and coffee, but no milk is provided so if you use this you will need to purchase it from supermarket- there is no fridge though.
No lift- we were on the 3rd floor, but this was not an issue for us.

Unbeatable location. Windows did a decent job of keeping out street noise. Kind staff. Hot water kettle was appreciated!
Room was relatively clean but had a very musty smell. Main issue is the bathroom, which is in desperate need of renovation. Extensive mildew on walls, ceiling, and in tile grout. Shower curtain needed relplacing. Not acceptable for price point.
