Easy access, clean and very hospitable staff. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the room and services. Love the touch of flowers in the room. The hotel also makes accommodations in case one needs breakfast or is in need of directions .

Loved this little hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Santiago. Perfect location, close to all the historical sites. Also close to my relatives' hotels, and within walking distance to the bus/train station (which I had to go to three times).
Loved the breakfast (they had gluten-free bread) and the all-day citrus water and coffee.
I can't think of anything, except that I would have liked to see poultry ham and yogurt, as I don't eat meat and always have yogurt in the morning. But I really enjoyed the breakfast regardless, as it was chock-full of little details.
