Excellent location, close to everything. Beautiful rooms

We have stayed here every time we have visited Santiago de Compostella (5 times), and this hotel is in an excellent location. It is comfortable enough, and the price is fair.
While the hotel is generally air conditioned, and while all the rooms we have stayed in before were air conditioned, our standard double room this time was not. (It was 32 degrees in Santiago de Compostella during our stay, and despite the fan that was provided, our room was 27.5 at one point!) I feel the description of the hotel as “air conditioned” is a bit misleading, as only some of it is. I obviously didn’t really read the specific room description, as we have stayed many times before and I thought I knew what we were getting. It was my mistake, and staff couldn’t move us to another room as the place was full. Be careful to check if the specific room you are booking is air conditioned!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, super comfy rooms. Very stylish. Exceptional location. Great staff.
Air con wasn't working. A small bar in the hotel would be nice!

The location was great and I appreciated the check in information via WhatsApp.
My room was fine and I appreciated the air conditioning. What I didn’t like was that the bed linen covering the bed frame had stains on it - I slept in my sleep liner and kept my belongings off the floor.
