L’alloggio è carino e ben posizionato rispetto alla città
Eravamo stati avvisati della possibilità di trovare delle blatte perché pare escano dalle tubature quindi abbiamo tenuto tutto chiuso, tuttavia una sera ne abbiamo trovate 3 dentro casa. In generale la pulizia discreta ma non approfondita. Però l’ambiente è carino e in 4 non abbiamo sofferto gli spazi.

Gostei das áreas, a casa é super espaçosa e equilibrada. Também gostei da luz, é super luminosa apesar da configuração ser mais sobre o comprido. A casa tem muita luz natural que entra pelo charmoso terraço. Também há iluminação de sobra com candeeiros de teto e não só por todo o lado. A decoração é divertida. A cozinha é ótima para cozinhar com todos os equipamentos e eletrodomésticos. A sensação é de que estamos em casa. Encontrámos sempre estacionamento à porta. Fica a 5 minutos a pé do Porto de Embarque da Horta o que a torna muito prática para quem, como nós, chega à ilha por barco. A praia da Conceição é também a 5 minutos, muito charmosa com zona de relvado adjacente.
Uma casa térrea tem sempre alguns desafios. E a zona tem bastante humidade, fatores externos à proprietária que disponibiliza desumidificador que ajuda a controlar a a situação. A casa também se areja com muita facilidade.
