Situated in Cody, this attractive house for $201 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Deer Haven Bungalow! This historic cottage has been in the family since it was built in 1895! Lovingly restored in 2017 and styled in a charming western, retro theme. You will be within easy walking distance to the restaurants, shops, live music and attractions of downtown Cody. Feel at home staying at Deer Haven Bungalow! You will feel like you are taking a step back in time entering the front porch. The cheery, eat in kitchen includes a sunny yellow table and full-size appliances. In the living room you'll find another dining or game table, comfortable sofa, and large television with Roku for streaming. Bedroom 1 is an alcove off the living room and features a queen bed and vintage furnishings. Bedroom 2 has room for the kids, or kids at heart with a twin bunk bed and sofa futon sleeper. The bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom and features a large walk-in tile shower, large vanity and a view into the back yard where you might find deer resting in the shade. This little gem is located in Cody's downtown district just 2 blocks from the historic Irma hotel. Be sure to wander up there in the evening to enjoy the "shoot out" and live music on the porch and at various venues along main street. You can also catch the trolley tour of Cody or the nightly rodeo bus from the Irma porch. Really nicely done old home updated where it needs and left alone otherwise. Period furniture, well equipped kitchen with a great stove/oven. Also 2 blocks from Irma's and the center of town.

Nice little house in good location within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Master bed was comfortable and living area nice. Only bathroom was nice but was off the guest bathroom and only had small air conditioner in master. Luckily was not too hot so was ok. Overall good experience

Cody was a halfway point during our road trip. It was such a nice feeling to walk into this home. It was spacious, very clean, and just a few blocks from town. My family of 5 enjoyed our two nights here. It gave us a chance to unwind and recharge our batteries. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you!

First time to Cody
We had a wonderful time in Cody. The house is perfectly within walking distance to grab the trolly, go to the Irma, shop and eat. The home was very well decorated and had all the amenities that we needed. The home was great, however a few things were a bummer. The air conditioning is a window air conditioner and isn’t ample enough for the entire house. The backyard is a big space and such a waste that it hasn’t been kept up so vacationers could enjoy it. We’ll definitely be back to Cody and would stay here again as long as the temps are cooler.

The location was excellent. It had everything you could need to cook, entertain yourself and be comfortable. Having to go through a bedroom to use the bathroom was sometimes inconvenient, but definitely not a deal breaker. We would stay there again!

Loved this little bungalow in Cody, WY! Walking distance to Sheridan Ave where all the action is in Cody. Just a few miles from the rodeo too.

Lots of nice towels supplied and clean beds. New bathroom is roomy and nicely done. Kitchen is roomy. Appliances were clean! Long drive to Yellowstone park though....
1 hour to Yellowstone entrance. Cody is a small, quaint town. Only store to really ship at is Walmart a few miles down the road.

The cottage was immaculate and had every convenience. It has a great location within easy walking distance to use about everything. I'll definitely try to stay here on my next trip to the area.

This house was perfectly located one block away from downtown & all the restaurants. The house had modern amenities with a touch of old western charm. Would definitely recommend it for couples or a small family. We really enjoyed our visit despite the record frigid February temperatures. We hope to visit again sooner rather than later.

Perfect
This place was perfect, loved the decorating detail, made us feel like we lived in the old west!!! The location of this house could not have been better. We would go sit on the Irma’s front porch for a drink in the evening and walk the 100 yards back to our place. We walked everywhere, we were so close to the Main Street. Went on a Trolly ride and this house was mentioned as one of the “Sears Catalog” house built in Cody!!! So cool. Will definitely would stay here if we ever make it back to Cody.... I hope we do!!!

The house was clean and the interior was designed with a modern western theme. Favorite spots in the house were the Kitchen and screened front porch.
