Listing is 1 mile away from COTA (Circuit of the Americas & 360 Amphitheater), close to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort, and Spa, NLAND Surf Park, Next Level Ride (cable wake water park) & McKinney Falls State Park. Listing is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. What's Inside? -Feel free to enjoy the breakfast snacks and fruit and coffee from the Keurig machine. Also, enjoy some La Croix natural sodas in the fridge. -I have a dual waffle iron visible on the kitchen counter with everything you need to prepare delicious waffles in the kitchen cabinet directly above. -Feel free to change the temperature of the Nest Thermostat located on the bottom floor between the kitchen and half bathroom to whatever suits you best. -Watch TV, Netflix, or multiple movies downstairs using Xbox Plex app -Feel free to use my desk downstairs if you require a dedicated study area. -Feel free to wash your sheets or clothes if you'd like to downstairs. -And last but not least: free WiFi Internet. -Here's the sleeping arrangement: --1 king-size bed (master bedroom) --1 Queen bed (guest bedroom # 1) --2x twin size mattresses (top bunk bed and trundle in guest bedroom # 2) --1 full-size mattress (bottom bunk in guest bedroom # 2) --2x twin size mattresses (top bunk bed and trundle in the fun room) --1 full-size mattress (bottom bunk in the fun room) --1x Queen size air mattress (common space) -Other things to note: --House is thoroughly cleaned after each guest, sanitized with O3 generators upstairs and downstairs for 2 hours, and treated with UVC light to provide the best possible environment for our clients. --Happy to authorize a limited late checkout, if applicable, as a courtesy upon request. Authorization of late checkout must be granted via communication with the host prior to checking out late, otherwise, a $50 late checkout fee may apply. Infractions of House Rules (i.e. unauthorized parties/large gatherings, smoking in the home, etc.) are subject to a minimum fee of $150. *Early check-in available upon request for $25.

Very nice Austin house that is clean and well stocked for our stay. The beds were comfy and they provided extra air mattresses and bedding to accommodate our needs. We stayed 4 nights for a big car show at the Travis county expo. We travel to Austin regular and would stay again! TY Cesar!

Came for the NSCAR race with 2 other couples. Found Cesar’s house last minute and it was perfect. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner and was very courteous. Will be back.

We stayed here for an event at COTA. It was so convenient to stay so close to the event. The house was spacious and the host was very accommodating. Make sure to hit up the big grocery store before your stay.

Ceasar presented a great property for our three night stay. The place is darling with a nice backyard. He left plenty of coffee and condiments for us in the kitchen. We had a working weekend At the track nearby. I cannot tell you how convenient it was to be able to go to the track in the morning early and only have to drive a few miles. It was perfect for our needs. Also we needed two house several people so the double bunk bed situation was perfect for us. Also I might add that Ceasar was very very responsive. Whenever we had a question or needed something he was right there and provided it to us. We would highly recommend this property

The property was just fine. We only used it for one night as we had a wedding to attend in Buda. The house was very clean, had coffee and plenty of cooking items, however, we just ordered to go. Owner was easily available for contact if needed. I would recommend this home for someone coming to Austin, or especially any event at the Circuit of the Americas.

Cesar's place was a perfect home base for us to venture out and explore Austin. Plenty of space, enough beds to comfortably sleep 4 adults and 4 children, a well stocked kitchen, and fenced-in backyard. Felt like home!

A group of friends/family and I chose this place for our weekend getaway and it was the best decision we could’ve made. The house was super clean and spacious. The owner was always super responsive and answered any questions that we had and was very accommodating. We stayed in the masters bedroom and it was HUGE. Super worth it and will be booking this place again the next time we are in ATX.
