La proximité avec le bord de mer. L’esprit vacance avec la petite maison. L’accueil et les propriétaires sont super gentils et arrangeants. Merci pour le panier de bienvenue. La maison est bien équipée, on ne manque de rien.

La gentilezza e la preparazione degli host, perché hanno pensato a tutto. L'appartamento é una piccola chicca dotata di tutto ciò che serve, ben curata e funzionale.
Gli host ci hanno accolto di persona, non solo per spiegarci le regole della casa e di quali servizi avremmo potuto usufruire, ma anche per darci consigli e informazioni per godere al meglio dell'isola.
La posizione dell'appartamento é davvero strategica: di fronte all'oceano, letteralmente attaccata a un bar ristorante giudicato tra i migliori della zona, a due passi da una piscina naturale e da un ampio parcheggio gratuito, inoltre, é a meno di 15 minuti dall'aereoporto.
Nulla. L'appartamento ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative.

I loved everything about this property. The Ferreira family is the most gracious people. Goncalo sent excellent directions and met me in the free parking lot next to the rental. I travel alone, and Goncalo and his family were there if needed. The apartment has everything you need. The road you see in front of the home is a walk/bike path. Cars cannot drive by there, so it was lovely to just sit on the front lawn and gaze at the sea. Swimming areas are within walking distance with lifeguards on duty until 7 pm. I just loved my stay and did not want to leave. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Sleeping was awesome. The apartment is dark with the curtains closed, and the air conditioning works great. The shower was awesome too. I can't wait to go back. Joao, Goncalo, Hugo, and Elisabete, you all are in my heart forever! Até à próxima, que Deus vos abençoe a todos.

Das Apartment ist klein, kompakt und hat alles was man benötigt. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber, waren bei Anliegen jederzeit erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Transfer vom Flughafen. Aussergewöhnliche Lage direkt am Meer. Gute Busverbindung in die meisten Teile der Insel. Ponta Delgada, sicherlich sehenswert, ist mit einem ausgedehntem Spaziergang fussläufig zu erreichen.
Die Stühle sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Klappstühle für den "Vorgarten".
