L'emplacement et la vue sur l'océan étaient magnifique ! Nous ne nous lassions pas de la regarder depuis la terrasse. Nous avons plutôt utilisé la porte de derrière menant à l'océan, car c'était plus relax de ce côté. En effet, la porte qui donne sur la route a un trottoir très étroit. Comme annoncé, les places de parking étaient en suffisance, et ceci dans un alentour proche. Il y a même la possibilité de louer des trottinettes et vélos électriques à proximité; c'est bien sympa.
Le soir, depuis la terrasse, un bon livre à la main, on entendait les oiseaux spécifiques des Açores (les cagarros) faire leurs vocalises en bordure de l'océan; une ambiance magique et inoubliable !
L'équipement était très fonctionnel et très bien pensé pour un séjour court ou plus long. Nous avons bien apprécié la climatisation, durant ces journées chaudes.
La route peut être bruyante, selon les véhicules qui y passent, mais l'appartement est bien insonorisé.

The house is modern, minimalist, and tastefully furnished, which suited our style perfectly. It is well equipped, and we never felt that anything was missing. We stayed as a family of four, and there were plenty of towels and everything else we needed.
The absolute highlight is the breathtaking view. Watching different ships pass by every day and seeing the nearby swimming area from the terrace made every morning and evening special.
The location is also very convenient. Ponta Delgada can even be reached on foot with a longer but pleasant walk. While we mostly ate out because of the many restaurants nearby, the kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who prefers to cook.
Although the location is convenient, we would definitely recommend renting a car—not only to reach the nearest supermarket, but also to explore the island properly.
The biggest downside of this property is the traffic noise. The house is located between a road at the front and a busy two-lane one-way road along the seafront, so there is noticeable traffic throughout the day and even during the night. Motorcycles in particular can be extremely loud, sometimes making it necessary to pause conversations and making earplugs essential for sleeping.
To be fair, this isn’t unique to this property. On São Miguel, many houses are built directly along the roads, so traffic noise is fairly common. However, if you’re looking for a particularly quiet and peaceful place to stay, this may not be the best choice.

Vistas al mar, limpieza, comodidad de las camas, tamaño y equipamiento de la vivienda.
La vivienda está en una calle con mucho tráfico y el ruido de los coches es bastante molesto.

A casa e muito bonita, esta bem localizada, tem uma vista para o nascer do sol absolutamente incrível e estava muito limpinha.
Os anfitriões são muito simpaticos e a comunicação foi excelente.
