Situated in South Forest Beach, this charming condo for $256 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Ocean Front Complex! Super nice and updated, newly renovated, new furniture, new paint, new ceiling fans, 1 minute walk to Coligny Beach! This unit is incredibly clean and well stocked. Walking distance to the new Celebration Park that just opened! Newer queen bed in bedroom and there is lots of storage. There is no door to bedroom, is open to hallway. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! Overall the property was nice. Unfortunately during this time there was a giant trash trailer parked in the parking lot at the time due to some work. Other then that stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

Great property and a great location. This was our first trip to Hilton Head during the winter. It was exactly what we needed. Property management shared all check-in information prior to visit and promptly replied for all questions. Thank you for a great visit!

Other than getting regular tv stations when we checked in. The stay was great despite the weather. Owners were very helpful with the tv and all was well the rest of our stay. The unit was clean and perfect for two.

Surprsied with how clear you can hear outside noise from bed including in the condo facilities hallways. Full size bed not queen as advertised The bedroom does not have a door. Other than these issues, it was OK

We had the best week in Hilton Head. The location of this property is amazing as you’re just steps to the beach. We loved all the pathways around the property to walk or ride or bikes to coffee or shopping. We’d definitely stay here again!

Scott and Lorrie are good VRBO owners. They responded when needed. The instructions were on point. The Villa was decorated ala beach-style. All amenities were accounted for. Beach access was easy. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing really not to like about staying at this condo. It was decorated so nice had everything I needed and was on the beach. It was centrally located to all the things we needed to get to and having the bikes included was great. Super clean Great location and would definitely stay again.. check in and check out we're super easy. And having a pool was a plus also..

We loved our time at Sea Side Villas! The amenities (outdoor shower, beach chairs, well stocked kitchen) were incredible and made our stay so comfortable. The quick walk to the beach was our favorite part! Lori was super nice and communicative. The only reason for knocking off a star is because the bed is not a queen as listed, but a full. It may seem like a small detail, but when you have two very tall people sharing a bed it makes a big difference!

Condo was very nice and clean, pretty much everything we needed was supplied. Location was close to beach, shops , restaurants. Providing the bicycles to use was a great benefit. Very happy with our decision to stay there.

This was a beautiful little condo in a perfect location with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook when we arrived, like spices & such, coffee & tea, filters for the coffeemaker, etc. Having two bikes with the room was so nice to not have to worry about renting bikes, and the view of the ocean and very short walk to the beach were so wonderful. We could also walk to Coligny and many other places to eat/shops. The only thing we did not like about the room was the water pressure in the shower, it was very lacking even when all the way on and was basically only a dribble no matter if you had it on the shower head or the handheld or both. If that was fixed, we would most definitely stay here again our next time in HHI!

We love the Coligny Plaza area and the location of this condo was perfect for us! Short walk to tons of shops and restaurants and sits right on the beach! Great location!

This property is just how described online. Just a short walk to the beach on enjoy the sunset and the bunnies from the deck. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but looked nice. I recommend this property for relaxing and enjoying island life.
