Located in Cocoa Beach, this lovely villa for $125 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Have you ever wanted to travel to a place where Rockets soar and dreams are born! It is here!!! This bungalow has all the attributes! Beautiful and Private. You will feel as if, you have stepped back in time. My husband and I have traveled alot and incorporated the Best in our bungalows. "The Hemingway" offers a glimpse into the old days. It is eclectic with an old world feel. Ernest Hemingway was a genius. I have visited his home in Key West many times and brought back fresh ideas for our Villa. It is very secluded here. We are surrounded by, palm trees, poinciania trees, citrus trees and lush foliage. Most of which was taken from cuttings or grown from seeds which we brought back from the Florida Keys. We have a hammock area in the back yard along with a beautiful fountain. More pics are available upon request. It took many years to create this little paradise and I feel so blessed to be able to share it. There is a King size Mahogany Pineapple bed in the Master suite with a sealy Posturepedic pillowtop mattress. This will give you many nights of beautiful dreams. Along with our luxurious 600 thread count sheets and goose down pillows! In the living area there is a Flexsteel golden vevet sofa along with gorgeous lighting. Ambience is so important in setting the mood for a perfect vacation! The dining area has a Mahogany buffet and round dining table to match. It is exquisite. I only wanted the very Best for our guests! We specialize in customer service! Our home is located on the same property as the Villa. No question is too small. We want you to have an incredible vacation while you are here with us! Everyone needs some down time. Luxury is our specialty! The downstairs bungalow is named ' Hollywood East ' this bungalow is 2 bedrooms and is art deco ispired by old Florida and Hollywood during the Rat Pack era. Our property is located between 15thst. (South A1A) and 16th St. in south Cocoa Beach. We are about 450 feet from the beach. It is a 90 second walk to the Beach. The area is residential and very quiet, but just blocks away from the downtown nightlife. There is a trolley that is accessible from 13th street and is quite convenient if you choose not to drive. We are seconds away (one Block South of us) from a lovely park on the ocean, ROBERT P. MURKSHE MEMORIAL PARK, with free parking, facilities and seasonal lifeguards. We also provide an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after your swim in the ocean. So if, you are looking for a quiet, romantic and relaxing vacation. You will find it here. We carefully prepare our rentals for each arriving guest, so please help us by checking out at our posted time of 11:00 am. Check-in is at 3:00 pm. We are flexible with check-in if we don't have guest checking out the same day of your arrival. Please inquire if you are interested in early check-in. Sorry, we don't allow pets.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable.Decor amazing,a real Hemingway vibe. The bed is not only beautiful but so comfortable. The hosts who live next door are friendly but not intrusive. A short walk to the beach. Close to Kennedy Space Centre. Titusville just a 45 minute drive away and a nice town. Check out the small American Space Museum in Titusville, had an hour and half guided tour, so many unique space related artifacts and the volunteers are very knowledgeable and passionate. Melbourne historic district is worth a visit We had a really enjoyable stay. Thank Paul and Elle.

Lovely stay
Great vibe at this place. Close to the beach, and it’s a nice, quiet part of the beach. The owner lives adjacent to the house, so if you plan to disrespect the place and make noise this rental is NOT for you. We hope to return soon.

Awesome Couple
I wanted to extend this review to Paul and Elle. They were the most nicest couple I’ve met in a long time . Paul made sure we had everything we needed and he answered all of my messages and phone calls which I can appreciate. Mrs Elle is a sweetheart . We really enjoyed ourselves and will return when we visit again

The location is close to the beach but between 2 very noisy streets, so that interferes with enjoyment of the large deck. The kitchen is tiny but with a large fridge, so cooking is okay. The decor has charm but is very very busy, so it wears thin after a few days. The bed is great, the bedroom quiet. We liked the property owner a lot, so wish our review could be more positive.

Perfect For Us
From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had arrived in a fantastic spot to escape. The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. You could tell that it was important to our hosts that our stay was going to be perfect. From the first day to the last we had no complaints what-so-ever; clean, everything worked, the bed was so comfortable, walking distance to the beach, numerous places to eat (from bar-food to perfection dining), not inundated with tourist traps, reminiscent of laid back life when we lived in Ft. Lauderdale in the 70's. Will we return? Without a doubt!!

Everything was PERFECT!!! Paul & Elle were very accommodating & attentive. Gary & Paul shared a love and interest, as well as knowledge of music...So...GREAT CONVERSATION THERE!!!! The bonus was our outdoor PRIVATE deck!!! Loved it!!! Thank you SO much Paul & Elle!!! We'll be back!!!

The stay at this property delivered exactly what it suggests it will. The place was clean and the location was great. My only suggestion would be to modernize the check in process. Because there is no lockbox to retrieve the key I felt terrible having to bother Paul late night with my arrival. My plans were thrown off and I arrived 4 hours later than anticipated, and having to keep reaching out because I was running behind added to my already frustrating start to the trip.
However Paul was extremely nice and everything outside of that was great!
