Only 10 steps away, you can enjoy the peace of the beach while being just minutes away from great local dining, historical Strand shopping, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and Galveston's Pleasure Pier amusement park.
Start each day of your vacation on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise.

Had a great stay and would come again because of the proximity to the beach and space for all of us. The bathroom downstairs under the house was a huge plus with kids. What we didn’t love was a couple of instances where listing did not match reality since we had planned around those factors. One being no DVD player on site and another, no rocking chairs on the porch as advertised. Those are not huge deals. There were some maintenance issues with the dishwasher that we alerted the property manager about. Hopefully that will be taken care of for the next folks! Remodel is nice, but kitchen, especially, did not seem like there had been a deep clean in a while and dishwasher was not cleaning dishes, apparently. I have faith they will address these things, though, so I would recommend the property! I would just recommend you ask ahead of time if there’s something essential for you since not everything you read or see on the listing or in pics is up-to-date.

If you want a relaxing time right next to the beach, this is the place. Loved hanging out in the deck and the downstairs patio. Huge beach views. Plenty of room. Perfect fit for our 10. Four big bed rooms, 2.1/2 baths upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. Kitchen was well appointed. Dining seating for all of us at once! We will be back.

The house was nice and perfectly located for beach access. We really enjoyed the stay and the porch had the perfect view of the water. The house does need a deep clean because the fixtures had a good layer of dust and the dishes all needed to be cleaned up prior to use. The host wasn’t the friendliest in communications but the woman that met us at the property was super nice. Be ready to provide a photo of your DL if you rent - I’ve never had to do that through VRBO before but this host required it.

We had a great time with our family including two small kids (3 and 5). The house was very close to the water and at the end of a dead end street so it felt very safe with little traffic. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
