The home itself is brand new and beautifully furnished with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a new designer kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining. The undercover alfresco area is ideal for all year outdoor entertaining. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, the master bedroom located at the front of the house comes with a queen bed and is comfortable yet spacious with its own semi-ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom comes with 2 sets of bunk beds. The kitchen is well equipped and also additionally has dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. There is reverse cycle air conditioning ducted throughout the home making comfortable for all in the summer and winter months, and there is additional TV room, perfect if the kids want to watch a movie in private. Manyatta Hideaway will let you feel very special very nestled in this part of the countryside. The many galleries & artisans nearby really show case this area. The exquisite jewellery of Johnny Miller & the pottery at Happs Winery with so much in between. Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property. *Please note there is an outdoor fireplace that is available for use during the winter months only. There are total fire bans during summer, spring and autumn. Fire wood is not supplied for the outdoor fireplace. If you would like to use it, firewood is available for purchase from the local service stations. (City of Busselton regulations: fire pit can not be used during the months of October to May, on any long weekends or during fire bans, or when the fire Danger Rating is Very High or above. Fire Danger Ratings are available on the DFES website.)

There are no words to describe how stunning this accommodation is! Surrounded by nature and waking up to the sound of birds chirping. The outdoor fire pit was amazing, especially with a glass of wine/beer on hand while watching the sunset. The house is clean and has gorgeous decorations. It was a much needed getaway and this place didn’t disappoint. We will definitely come back here!

We loved our stay. The location is perfect, surrounded by bush, but only a short drive to all that the region has to offer. The outside area is a lovely and the house well designed for a family group with children.

Easy check-in. House was sparsely furnished but had all the essentials, the location was great and the outdoor area was fantastic for our grandkids. Some points for future ref: the windows were dirty, there were only 5 dining chairs, beds extremely hard, master toilet needs new toilet brush, the rubbish bins were still at the front gate, there were 2 fire lighters but neither worked for the out door fire.

The house is nestled on a gorgeous piece of land, with beautiful trees, shrubs and kangaroos happily bounding around. The house itself is pleasant, it has all the required amenities to enjoy a holiday away from home.
