We really enjoyed the location of this property. We didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities, but the condo was just as advertised. It was clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again.

This condo is very clean. We had a couple of things that reduced rating by 1 star. We were there during a major cold spell (40’s for high temp) and the was no extra blanket or throw to be found anywhere in the condo. This made it less cozy. Second, there is no laundry in the condo. Rather it is coin laundry in another building. We had to make a trip to the bank to get quarters which was kind of a hassle. Kitchen is well equipped and nice.

These hosts rescued us after another host cancelled on us two hours prior to check-in. We reached out to them, and within an hour and a half, we had paid and received the check-in information for their lovely condo. Cathy was lovely and very helpful, and even provided us with some great suggestions for places to eat and have a cocktail in Old Town. This condo is within easy walking distance to Old Town, was immaculately clean, and outfitted with everything we needed. Thanks so much to these wonderful hosts who saved us and provided a little haven for our first three nights in Phoenix!

Amazing condo with amenities. Everything was clean with no issues at all. Kathy was great to communicate with and very pleasant. We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we are in Arizona.

Very nicely maintained unit with a good pool to use. It was too hot for us to walk to old town Scottsdale but this certainly was an option. Unit was very quiet and had a good bed.

The property was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Cathy, the host, was super helpful and prompt in her communication. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed to make a meal. It had a super comfortable couch in the living area and wifi for my husband to get work done while we were away. The king bed was also comfortable and we slept well. The location is great for many conveniences, like grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops or going to the Fashionable Square Mall. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Scottsdale.

We stayed three nights and it was perfect. Cathy provided great instructions and the condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The location is a mile from Old Town Scottsdale and the waterfront areas where you have lots of options to walk, shop, dine. (We recommend the ice cream at The Sugar Bowl!) Great location. Perfect for one or two people. Would go back there again.

Overall great place. Only complaint is that the floor was dirty and we could not find a mop. Our feet turned black when walking inside in bare feet. Small complaint, overall great place!

Cathy was a great host. She was available via messages when needed but also kept our privacy when not needed. Location was great to downtown Scottsdale and Camelback mtn if you want to hike. Pool was a very nice amenity along with grills to use if you so desire to cookout. Condo unit is on 3rd level with elevators a slight distance away. If you have lots of luggage or groceries, it can be alot of chasing.

Thought we would check out someplace other than FL gulf coast. Great change of scenery and weather. Hiking was awesome and Olde Towne Scottsdale very neat. Maya condos was very clean and quiet. No problem staying there again. Just a few minutes from a million things to do.

Really nice property. I spent a lot of time reading on the little deck. Weather was amazing. Bed was super comfortable. Great water pressure. Within walking distance to whatever you want. Very nice and responsive owner!

We love the Scottsdale area and Cathy and JFs condo did not disappoint. The location to Scottsdale restaurants and Old Town is the best. The condo is clean, quiet and the outside balcony is a bonus. We will be back!

Very nice place to stay. We drove to Old Town instead of walking. We appreciated having Sprouts grocery store close by. Quiet neighborhood and pool area. Close to Camelback. Hosts did a great job checking in on us!

Loved this apartment! Stayed two weeks. Nice decor, well appointed, kitchen well stocked and nicely designed. Photos represent it well. Balcony is great size with nice furniture. Hot tub was fantastic! Pool is heated and warm. Great communication with hosts. We walked to Old Towne many times. Enjoyed Grimaldi's, Olive and Ivy, Starlite BBQ.
