Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive condo for $494 per night is a great option for your next break. You will love all the fun things to do at this private beach place! This condo is in a building with just 4 units. It has a great pool, outdoor pool table, BBQ grill for fabulous cook-outs - all directly on the beautiful beach of Indian Rocks (there are NO rocks - the sand is perfect!) Come and see why we have more and more return guests each year who claim this is their favorite place on the beach. The owners (who also own a decorating business) have completely redone the unit - New stainless steel appliances as well as granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked. All the comforts of home and then some! Balcony overlooks the beach and pool. Two sets of stairs allow easy access to parking as well as the beach. The Master Bedroom, with its private bath, has a seating area and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a TV as well. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 3rd TV. The living room has tremendous views and a 4th TV. And if you just can't leave your work at home, wireless internet access is available. There is an separately managed efficiency on the ground floor for guests with limited mobility or if extra space is needed. Availability on this unit will be limited to minimize wear and tear. This unit could not have been nicer and the location is perfect. Despite the chilly weather when we were there, we enjoyed the pool & whirlpool tub. Being right on the beach was great - that alone makes this place 5 stars. The unit is spacious and beautifully decorated. It is FULLY stocked with whatever you might need. It was more space than what our family really needed, but I am so glad I booked it anyway and I would absolutely book it again! I really appreciated the binder with local menus, although we could have easily eaten eery meal at the Kooky Coconut just down the block! IRB is a wonderful destination and this unit really was perfect!

Great spot right off the beach. Sunsets are beautiful and can be seen right from the patio. Family of four and there was plenty of room. Condo was very clean and well kept and had everything we needed, including beach towels, beach toys, and even beach chairs. Pool was clean and warm for our stay, which was really nice considering the weather was on the cooler side. Location is great being right in the middle of good food and entertainment with Clearwater being a quick 10-15 minute drive down the road.

Perfect. Couldn't have asked for more. Had an issue with pool and it was fixed immediately. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view.

This place was one of the best I’ve stayed in. It’s views were amazing. The pool was very nice and only shared with 3 other units which gave it a private feeling. The cleanliness was great and the condo was fully stocked. The owners were wonderful and easy to work with. We will definitely return.

Wow! the pictures don't do it justice. What a great condo, spacious inside, plenty of room for 5 adults, all amenities and fully stocked kitchen. If we were cooking, we wouldn't need a thing. Easy access. The sunsets were awesome, and the weather cooperated, which is always a plus. We walked to restaurants 2 nights. And most important:: great water pressure and fluffy towels. We will be back!! Thanks Vince and Mary Jo!!

We loved everything about this rental! It really was right on the beach, had a beautiful view, and the condo was not only beautiful, but it had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. The location was perfect- easy walk to restaurants, CVS, and ice cream! The property was very well maintained, the pool was warm when the weather was chilly, and what a bonus to have a restroom by the pool! Definitely recommend!!!!

The condo is spacious for a family of five. It was a little dirty when we arrived with hair in drains, on floors, a dirty plate in cabinet, and dirty forks in drawer. It could use a good cleaning of the walls. The master bedroom didn’t lock and the barn door on the master bathroom doesn’t shut al the way. The spare shower head sprays water on the ceiling. The pool is small and was very crowded when multiple units went for a swim. The outdoor facilities are great. It’s literally steps to the sand. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. I would recommend this condo despite my comments. Just giving my honest review. There was nothing majorly wrong to make us not come back. Owner was easy to communicate with and answered texts promptly.

Two adults, three kids. Had a blast at this property. Best compliment I can give is that there were no surprises. Very clear communications from start to finish. Loved the lower level area and pool. Owner is great, location is tremendous and we were fortunate with weather. All around good report. Hope to return!

This property is a perfect getaway! We had my husband and myself and our kids ages 14 and 20. Plenty of space! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were heated. The weather was only 55 degrees a couple days yet the kids still enjoyed the pool. The beds and bedding were also very comfortable! There are enough beds to comfortably sleep 7. The living room couch is comfortable and there is plenty of chair seating. This property is just a few steps from the water and we loved that the beach was so quiet. We spent a day in Clearwater Beach for lunch and shopping. While we enjoyed this, it was nice to go back to this property and not have it be so touristy. There are also lots of great restaurants close to the property. I needed to call Mary Jo with a question. She was very kind and got back to me right away.. Strongly recommend this property.

The property was perfect! There was plenty of room, I loved you could walk right to the deck and see the ocean and enjoy the sunset from there or walk down to the beach. The pool area was great as well. There was a full refrigerator and freezer by the pool, that was covered with a ceiling fan, where you could have lunch, or at one of the few tables and chairs with umbrellas around the pool as well. We had a fire while we were there as well. So nice to see the stars and listen to the ocean. Very relaxing. Will definitely come back.

Mary Jo’s property is beautiful and just as described! We had plenty of room for our preteen, teen, and college age kiddos to spread out and relax. The beds are very comfortable, and the accommodations were perfect for our stay. Mary Jo responded quickly to me and checking in & out was easy peasy! We had a lovely time and definitely recommend! We can’t wait to go back!

Our time at IRB was a well deserved respite away from the cold of Michigan. The location is easy to find from the airport and close to grocery stores. We cooked in almost every day. You can walk the beach for miles and the dolphins swim right off shore. Check-in was so easy and Mary Jo was very pleasant to work with. Thank you!
