A small rental car is highly recommended, to negotiate the hills and explore St. Thomas and St John.This beautiful residence is built into a hillside to capture magnificent 180 degree views from the hilltop. You will need a car anyway to be able to see the most famous spots on St. Thomas, such as Magens Bay and the many famous beaches on St. John and St. Thomas. This location is not recommended for anyone who has hip and knee issues.

Pros: Chris was a wonderful host she checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. She was very prompt to respond and accommodate our request for additional beach towels. Also offered to arrange activities for us. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The Sun & Sea Bar & Grill was nice and the Staff were very friendly and fun. Lion Fish Grill was also very nice on the higher end. Food and drinks were good at both places. Maintenance allowed us to use their shop vac to get the sand out of our rental car. Very nice people! Cons: The couch and chairs definitely need a good steam cleaning or maybe even replaced. Housekeeping needs to clean under the bed I dropped my earring back and had to search for it.

Wow!!! The views from this condo were nothing short of breathtaking. We loved waking up and seeing the islands and cays with the sunrise coming up over them. Personally,I would honestly compare the "down island" views from the condo to any other views including from Drake's seat and Mountain Top. I just can't say enough about the views from the condo. Chris, the host, was incredibly responsive and was so helpful answering any questions and providing useful info and we had a ton of questions as this was our first time in St.Thomas. We will definitely try and stay here again if we ever make it back.

When we arrived at the property, it was really difficult to figure out where the unit was located. We contacted Chris, as she was trying to explain on the phone how to get to her property. Nothing is really clear. Although she is super nice on the phone and had many nice suggestions to do on the island.
I would suggest that the couch be cleaned or replaced.
Had trouble with the television right from the start, the fans that were left on the table and on the floor are full of dust and need to cleaned. Vent fan in the bathroom didn't work at all.
The comforter had stains on it and should be cleaned.
Other than that, the unit was very functional and had everything that you would need for your stay. It is very close to Red Hook and other conveniences. We had a great time and we look forward to coming back someday.
