Nestled in Sunset Beach, this lovely condo for $165 per night is a great choice for your next break. Sunset Beach was ranked number 4 on National Geographic’s “21 BEST BEACHES IN THE WORLD" in 2017! Our spacious two bedroom, two bath, first floor villa is a home away from home (1262 sq ft). We love spending time there and we hope you will too. It sits on the 10th fairway on the Willard Byrd Golf Course (one of 3 courses) at Sea Trail Golf Resort. You can sit on the screened porch and watch the golfers tee off and putt. The sunrise from the porch is absolutely lovely and makes your whole day happy. The Champions are the only units at Sea Trail resort to have their own pool, which is just a few steps outside the front door. Parking is immediately in front of the building as well. The condo, with its unique floor plan, has enough space that everyone can have their private time. The main villa has the master bedroom with television, full bath, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room with television. The screened porch has a table for 4 with a ceiling fan and a charcoal grill and access to the lawn. The mini suite can be closed off for privacy and also includes an external entrance. It has its own thermostat. There are two full bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchenette (w/full refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and sink), a TV and sitting area. There is a table for two and also a desk if you need to work remotely. High thread count sheets and supima cotton towels are included. There is an extra large open beach tote and beach towels as well as a collapsable cooler. We have a large capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked should you wish to cook and is equipped to meet the needs of long term guests. *ONLY the Champions condos have their own pool. Rates are inclusive of the pool which has a kiddie pool as well as a picnic and game area; all just steps from the condo. *There is NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE. *We have contactless entry with a property host in Sea Trail. *Sunset Beach is a short 5 minute drive. Sea Trail Resort is 2,000 acres and is home to three, top-rated golf courses. Exiting the southern entrance it is only a mile to the island via a bridge over the intercoastal waterway (ICW). Sunset Beach is a small barrier island only 3 miles long and is known for it's amazing sunsets. The island is full of cottages and small businesses. There are no buildings taller than three stories. There is a pier. You can walk from Sunset Beach to Bird Island (bird sanctuary) and visit the Kindred Spirit Mailbox. Check out sunsetnc.com for more info. Condo was nice and had everything that you would ever need. However, all the beds need to be replaced. In the master bedroom in the main villa had a spring in the bed and you ended up sloped down in the middle of the bed. Very uncomfortable and in the villa suite both beds had springs in the middle of the bed coming up and I wasn't able to get a completes nights rest. Other than that a nice place to stay.

For some reason, my cell didn't receive the check-in notification, but as soon as I reached out to the host they responded immediately with the information needed. The house was true to pics and had everything needed for a week's stay.

Me and my family went for a long weekend beach trip and we weren’t disappointed. This was a very nice location on a golf course. We had pool access and we’re only a short driving distance to anything that we desired (food, beach, and fun). The owners were very accommodating and the property manager was super pleasant and was glad to help us with anything that we needed.

Enjoyed the stay and area . Would like to have had more information on the area A guest book would have been helpful to have a better idea of other guests comments. Karen was helpful in recommending a quality spa ! We were not there to golf! So had to find alternative activities ! Restaurant Oyster Rock was delicious ! We will be back ‘

The owners have thought of everything that a guest will need - from pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware and everything in between. Nothing was forgotten. Nice location also. The only constructive feedback I would provide is the living room TV is so small and not a smart TV - would be nice if this can be updated. The internet is also slow and can use updating. I only note this because I worked remotely when I was visiting.

The mini suite was excellent for our group. My 80-something mother and I stayed in the main suite and my 20-something sons were in the mini suite. A quick drive made daily Sunset Beach visits easy. Coffee in the screened in porch was great in the morning. Quiet and peaceful spot. Condo has great facilities. Owners responded quickly to a question. Highly recommend.

The condo was wonderful and extremely comfortable. It was very well stocked in the kitchen, and in the bathrooms as well. It was very easy to get to and from the beach, and it was just a short walk across the parking lot to the pool. My only recommendation would be to check on the ceiling fans in all of the rooms because the one in the mini suite made it a terrible knocking noise when it was turned on high. The one in the other bedroom did as well. None of them could run on high without sounding like they were going to knock themselves out of the ceiling. That’s just a small thing compared to all of the wonderful parts of this condo. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The Champions Condo was exactly as described. The first floor keyless entry was convenient. The unit was well equipped both in the kitchen as well as with essentials for the beach. The cleanliness and location make this condo a favorite for future visits to beautiful Sunset Beach.

Can't say anything bad about this condo. Great location on golf course and a short 5 min. ride to Sunset Beach. The condo is really 2 in 1 with a connecting studio. 4 double beds give everyone a place to sleep. My only personal preference was too maybe have at least a queen bed in 1 bedroom since anyone 6 ft tall (like myself) has to sleep with feet hanging off the end of the bed or diagonally. Not a big deal and I knew what to expect went I rented. Just a preference. Everything was in working order and a good time was had by all. We would rent again.

A great spot. I was just in for a few days but found everything perfect. A very good location close to everything and quiet. Very much enjoyed sitting out on screened porch. Although I was by myself, this place had loads of room and well laid out for a family or separate couples. I will definitely try to stay here again.
