We booked Sherri's condo with high expectations and it (and she) exceeded them all. We had only a couple of minor issues and all it took was one quick call, and Sherri responded and resolved them within an hour. She was great to work with.The ground floor unit is actually comprised of a villa with full kitchen, king size bed room with ensuite bath, dining for 10 and living area with 65" flat screen AND a connecting mini-suite with two double beds, kitchenette and love seat.Since the many other 5-star reviews describe how accurately and wonderfully appointed the accommodations are, I will just list my top ten favorite things (other than the essentials, which include the "Imperative 5" - very clean throughout, great water pressure, ample hot water, comfortable beds and cold AC...10-Beautiful, supportive, immaculate furniture. (With by custom covers/protectors). 9- The cozy sunroom with 4 comfy chairs. 8- The beautiful matching coffee mugs. 7- The mini-suite's table for 2 and love seat. 6- The double sliding doors to patio. 5- The privacy provided by split bedrooms. 4- The inclusion of towels at no additional . 3- The boat painting in mini suite. 2- The roomy armoires in mini suite. 1- The Octopus painting over the sofa.Overall, we had a great experience. I enthusiastically recommend. Easily rated 5 stars.

Sherri’s condo was perfect for my family beach trip! Among other things, we absolutely loved the screen porch and property amenities. Staying in Sea Trail is a fantastic location both a short drive from the beach and Calabash!Sherri was so kind and quick in her responses when I had any questions. We absolutely loved our vacation, and have saved Sherri’s place for future trips. Thank you, Sherri!!

Beautiful place. Clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Decorated beautifully. Two bedrooms each with own bathrooms was great. Both rooms were private and very nice. Small sunroom was a great place to sit in the afternoon. Best place we have stayed. Would definitely stay again
