About this house rental
Nestled in Vilano Beach, this lovely house for $475 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Villa Rosa! This beautiful 2 story Oceanfront Home is just what you need for an amazing vacation. Check-in is at 4 pm Check out is at 11 am Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday during the Summer Months The listed price is for a max of 6 guests. There is an additional fee of $100 per person after 6. Please be sure to input the correct amount of people staying before booking your stay. This home includes 4 bedrooms total. 2 Bedrooms are upstairs with their own private bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms are downstairs with a shared Hall bathroom. One of the upstairs master suites has it's own private access to the beachfront deck. All the bedrooms include either a Full Queen or King-sized bed. A couch in the living room can also be used for additional sleeping. The living room is opened to the kitchen and dining with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. A large deck facing the ocean has an Outdoor Shower, plenty of lounge chairs and tables as well as your own private steps directly to the beach. A wonderful place to enjoy early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a place to sit back and relax as the day comes to an end. There's a one-car garage with an automatic door opener to park your vehicle. 2-4 other vehicles can be parked comfortably in the driveway. Additional parking is being added during the landscape renovation. For times where there are additional people with vehicles, a public park is just 2 houses down and on the opposite side of the road. A very short 2-minute walk from the house to the public parking at Nease Beachfront Park. This is also a great park to go for a stroll. Surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs are all provided for our guests to use. They will be stored in the garage or underneath the deck. and all other supplies are available to use throughout the house as well to include a fully stocked kitchen and all Bath and Beach Towels. WIFI , Cable TVS are found throughout the house. There is a desk set up in the living room for when computer use is needed. While spending time at Villa Rosa will be a home to make many memories in for years to come, you'll not want to forget about the fantastic amenities nearby. Historic Downtown St Augustine is just 10 minutes away with some of the best Shopping and Dining options in North East Florida. TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville Zoo, Jaguars Stadium, and many other attractions are just a 30-50 min drive North. There is so much to see and do but when it comes to taking a load off and winding down, you won't find a better place than Villa Rosa.

spent few night at property. Property was an older property but very clean and maintained as good as you can be. Loved location on the beach and beach is very quiet. Great views from decks and house. Had one issue checking in but landlord responded quickly and resolved which was fantastic. Only issue I have is property requires a deposit and VRBO does not release deposit for 3 weeks after you have left property. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Poor communication from property manager regarding trash disposal process (no information communicated to us via email nor clearly marked on the cans), charged us an extra $100 for not moving trash cans 10 feet to the street 2 days before our scheduled checkout date. House has an ant problem (we had to buy traps to keep them at bay during the week and store food in ziplock bags). Sliding door to bedroom did not lock due to rusted hardware, we had to improvise a solution to feel secure while sleeping. Gas grill was rusted out and not functioning properly. Great location with nice beach close to old town St Augustine. However, we will look for other options for our next visit to the area.

Beautiful home on the beach with a private deck & walkway to the sand & ocean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds & sofas. Very clean house. A/C that works properly & keeps up with FL heat. Convenient location with restaurants close by & a Publix within 1 mile. Extra little touches that made me smile- shampoo & conditioner & body wash in showers; plenty of dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, & garbage bags. We didn’t have to run to the store for supplies every day. We had a wonderful vacation! Beautiful ocean view; turtle nested in the sand by the deck; we saw dolphins. I definitely recommend Villa Rosa!!

This location has plenty of parking and great acess to grocery and restaurants as well as being close to St Augustine. House was spacious with comfortable beds. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Great on-the-beach experience. All the reviews are accurate and Alex is a professional host with excellent communication. The location is amazing and the views are truly stunning. Coffee and dolphins in the morning, the soothing sound of the ocean at night. We even caught a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral while sitting on the deck (seemed like new deck furniture). Beds are comfortable, water pressure is really good after a full day on the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids which made it easy traveling for those flying in. Publix was a mile away. Beaches and Caps on the water were our fav local restaurants for a good meal and it was an easy drive into old town St. Augustine.
We hope to book again next year! 5 Stars.

The Good:
Location, Location, Location. First off right on the beach. Publinx & Publinx Liquor store right down the street. Less then 10 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine.
The Bad:
Didn't get access to the property until 4:30, while waiting on the cleaning crew to finish. The air went out twice. The first time it came back on prior to the repairman arriving, so nothing was really done. It went out a second time, but came back on by the time we returned from downtown St. Augustine. As with other reviews, it does need some updating. I would still give it a 5 star rating, as you can't beat the location ....

Excellent beach house rental. Clean and well-equipped. Good location, less than 1 mile to Publix, and convenient to several restaurants. A few glitches were promptly adressed and corrected by host Alexander. Wonderful vacation stay. This was our second visit, and we would definitely return.

The owner was very kind and responsive when contacted. We were contacted several times before and during our stay to makes sure we were satisfied and wanted to know if there was anything he could do.

We've been coming to Florida for over eight years, this is our best stay yet. We could see the beach and ocean from the breakfast table. The place was spotless. The location was perfect; we could walk to two restaurants on the beach, we could see dolphins from our deck, the great restaurants of St. Augustine were only 15 minutes away, we could hear the ocean while in bed. Alex was very attentive and responded immediately to our questions. We highly recommend Villa Rosa

This 4 bedroom three bath home was the perfect size for our getaway. Everyone was so comfortable two rooms with en-suites is so hard to find in this price range. The location is ideal. Minutes from St. Augustine’s old town and less than 1 mile from a supermarket. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. We were able to fish (and catch fish) everyday right off the beach. Although this is not the most up-to-date interior, it’s very comfortable and provided a great background for our family’s New Year’s getaway.

We went on a family vacation the week after the Hurricane and the owner was very responsive with my messages. He sent me updates on the house. He informed me the storm had washed the bottom steps away and he would give me a refund. But being a hillbilly I strapped on a ladder and we were Florida bound. We had a fantastic time and the house was amazing. We would definitely return in the future without hesitation

Property was great, had extra things in kitchen to use and extra beach accessories. The location was excellent. The beach was wonderful, very few people on it. The house also had plenty of room for all 7 of us and a very large outside deck for watching the ocean.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Stocked well with things needed for a beach vacation. We didn’t even need to bring our own chairs. The house was clean and stocked nicely as well. It is a little outdated but was still clean. The tubs had slow drain issues but that is an easy fix. Would stay here again. This is our 2nd vacation with the same host, he is amazing to work with and is prompt in his responses. We will be back!

Property was welcoming and cozy. Location was 5 stars. Very private, quiet and beautiful beaches at your doorstep. The rental came with everything you need for the beach, such as towels, chairs, boogie boards surf boards etc. very nice touch for those from out of state visiting the beach.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said, this house has a great location, ample parking, chairs and toys for the kids, the house itself is clean and has all that you need for a great vacation. I would definitely recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay here again if available on our next trip to Vilano beach.

Great location - nice home
The location is perfect and Alexander communicated everything from check in to checking on us mid week and check out. He's a good host. The house is nice - it's older but in pretty good shape. Very nice having a garage and there are beach chairs and toys provided. We loved the back deck and loved being on the beach. We had a great vacation!

Perfect house on beautiful beach!
I’m already planning our return to this lovely house, which offers the best of beach vacations. Right on the beach, beautiful sunrises from the deck, a turtle nest (which hatched) right there, and convenient to groceries and restaurants. The house is welcoming and comfortable and very clean. Alexander checked in with us when we arrived and we knew he was available for anything we needed. It was the best vacation and couldn’t have been more perfect!

Wonderful Trip
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa. Host was great to communicate with and was on point on any issue we had. My daughter found someone’s t shirt in her bed on the bottom floor bedroom. I would suggest adding more silverware in the kitchen and storage bowls and a stock pot to boil crab legs. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay
House was everything we could ask for. Wonderful deck overlooking the ocean. Liked the layout of 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The only thing that could have been better is if one of the bedrooms had 2 beds. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The porch was fantastic - large and spacious with plenty of chairs. While a tad hot in the morning, come afternoon the shade starts to set on the porch and it is perfect. The outdoor shower was a life-saver for dogs, super convenient. Another reason we chose Villa Rosa was the parking configuration; many nearby houses have tight parking where you have to back directly into A1A, which can be quite busy with cars, but we found Villa Rosa had more space so we could exit the driveway more safely.
We saw many dolphins, even some stingrays, and were lucky enough that a sea turtle made its nest right past the deck. Alexander, the property manager, was fantastic to work with. We hope to stay here again!
