We booked hotel a night before our stay due to closed Catania airport. The price was fair unlikely some other hotels that increased the price instantly.
The room was big, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok.
Air conditioning in the room was not sufficient. As the AC was set on 17°, the room temperature was 18°C.

Room was spacious with a small fridge and a safe.
Room service (housekeeping) was great.
They prepared boiled eggs specially for our 10-months old.
It’s location beside palermo marina and not far from palermo downtown.
This is my first stay ever where they charge you for water bottles in your room and they write that it’s for charge in Italian so it’s a trap to charge you extra.
Breakfast was a nightmare that we had to buy our own breakfast after it (1 cheese type, 2 ham types, scrambled eggs and some poor quality bakery with no water dispenser, only a big water bottle where they change, don’t even know if they are mineral water or they fill them from the tap)
Most of the staff didn’t speak english which made communication really difficult.
Location wasn’t that good either specially if you are planning to go to the beach on Mondello.
Overall very bad value for money.
