Cozy place, although you don't meet staff, they are always ready to help you. Good communication is via WhatsApp. Great location (center and transport). 7 minutes away is the bus stop -Politeama for the airport.

Good location with a 15 to 20 minute walk to the centre. The room was spacious and clean. Good communication from staff, all in all a great stay.
Quite a small bathroom. The toilet is a bit crammed in with a bidet next to it.

Good property close to the city centre and all the main tourist areas :) there’s a lift too which is great
The room was good but the shower kept flooding when we had showers. Maybe draining issue but the staff were super responsive / helpful when we called to tell them and helped me find some extra towels etc

The staff were very responsive and helpful via text. There are no staff on-site - they are over the road in another hotel for a period during the day. The location is excellent and was walking distance to many popular areas for sightseeing, eating and shopping. The room was clean and the bedding was clean.
As a solo traveller, I prefer to have staff on-site, it just feels safer. Just outside the door of my room was a common area and people would congregate at night and this was quite loud. The balcony area was not useable as it was unclean and unattractive. There were no services such as breakfast or capuccino etc. on-site.
