Staff was great, breakfast was top and the feel of the hotel was what we looking for. The location was also very close to most attractions and also easy to come by car and leave.
The view was a bit less desirable.

The room was lovely and exceeded- spacious and clean with a well equipped bathroom. The shower was great too.
We had reflexology in the spa and the lady who did it was amazing - the best reflexology we have ever had.
The staff generally were friendly and helpful.
The common parts of the hotel are desperately in need of updating. As you enter, the carpet is worn and filthy and does not make a good first impression. The lounge area is old fashioned and feels very unloved and rather sad.
The breakfast room is appalling and like something from the 1970's - the breakfast too was rather disappointing.
We just had the coffee and left to go elsewhere.
