Folly Beach Escape Great location- Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach and all Folly Beach has to offer. The Folly Pier, Center Street shopping and cozy beach bars and dining are just over the bridge. If the beach is not your speed, you have a pool in the complex that is open from April to October. This 3 Br 3 Ba condo has all the comforts of home. There is a bright open living area and fully equipped and recently updated kitchen, along with a large screened in porch. The screened in porch is a perfect spot for relaxing after a long day at the beach, entertaining friends or a quiet morning coffee. This is the perfect ESCAPE for families, friends or couples. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, master bath with double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower. Master also has access to screened in porch. Second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has bunk beds (one full and one twin bed). All bedrooms have televisions with cable. Folly Beach County Park is a short car ride (2 miles) away with parking and bathroom facilities. James Island County Park with several family activities is 7 miles away. Historic downtown Charleston is just 9 short miles away with all its amazing offerings! Our Folly Beach Escape includes: Keyless Entry Upon your arrival we will provide the following: Paper Towel (1) Toilet Paper (3) Trash Bags (2) Dishwasher Pods (3) Laundry Pods (2) Washer and Dryer. Bed Linens and Towels provided at no additional cost. No Beach Towels provided. Cable TV and Wireless internet on-site. Children's pack-n-play in master bedroom closet. We came down for a soccer tournament on James Island and this was the perfect spot. Roomy condo…very clean and well-stocked kitchen. Great access to both the beach and downtown Charleston.

We stayed over Thanksgiving. We had an amazing stay. The condo was perfect for our group. It’s so close to the beach and an easy drive into Charleston, where we spent a lot of our time. The condo had every single we needed! We will be back.

First off Joshua was an excellent host and worked out my snafu of scheduling the wrong week earlier in the year. Thanks Josh! My sisters and I enjoyed our vaca without a conference last week. The place accommodated all of us comfortably and is a very convenient location to explore Folly Beach and the surrounding area.

This was our 1st official family trip together.. We have been on trips but with other families.. but we planned this and picked an amazing place to stay! It was clean, very good area, easy access to everything, very close to beach, loved the house will be coming back to stay again

Great location for a beach vacation. We stayed at this location during July and it was a great escape. Folly Beach is bustling, and it's a short drive into the city of Charleston if you wish to see the city. The property has a very nice pool, this unit is visible from the pool/balcony. The water temps were hot, which I personally loved. The ocean was warm too. If you have young children, it's probably better to drive to the beach - you can walk, but it's a long walk (esp with beach gear). Bring beach towels with you for this property or you can buy them local. The owners provide beach chairs, wagon and toys, that was a very nice perk. You can fit the collapsible wagon into your SUV/mid size car trunk. Parking was easy once you get to the beach. The property has all the kitchen gadgets you need. WE cooked many lunches and dinners in and ate on the screened in patio. I love the heat, so I enjoyed many evenings on the patio. You cannot see the water from this unit, but it's still a great spot. The night sky and heat lightening show was great. I highly recommend this spot.

This is a close as you can stay without being on the island. It is walkable to the downtown Folly area, just short of 1 mile from the condo to the end of the pier. This condo provided everything we needed for our stay. Loved having the option of the pool when we had enough of the beach. We brought our own but provided beach chairs and cart were nice.

We enjoyed the unit a lot. Unfortunately we had lousy weather so we actually relaxed and took a nap in the condo one afternoon. Joshua was very nice and quick to reply to any questions that we had! We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Everything was just as the pictures showed. Apartment was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Quick walk to restaurants and the beach, grocery store a 5 min drive up the road. Complex was a quiet and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean, well stocked condo, nicely decorated. Comfortable beds except for the bunk beds which were a bit creaky. Nice to have linens provided and hand soap and dish soap:) Close to the beach, we drove each day and parked. Very easy check in and out, owners very nice.

We loved our stay! The condo was GREAT. Very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We loved using the screened in porch for meals and games. The table isn't featured in the pictures, but it's a huge bonus! Having the wagon and chairs for the beach was also nice touch! The owners were very prompt to answer all my questions. It's nice that the unit has elevators, but the location of the condo is just up one flight which was really convenient. We appreciated all the suggestions and information from the owners. We loved it here and we will definitely rent again. Thanks for a great trip!
