Historic Charleston is less than 12 miles north of Folly Beach. This home is within walking distance to everything fun on Folly, with Center Street just one block away, featuring lots of shops, restaurants, and places to grab a cold craft beer or a tasty cocktail. Recently remodeled and furnished with fresh, modern décor, this condo enjoys beachy vibes throughout, plus high-speed Internet, DirecTV, and smart TVs with Netflix streaming. Outside, there is a great porch with outdoor seating, fans, and lovely partial ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, ample counter space, and plenty of stainless steel appliances to help you prepare your favorite meals. You'll also have a large parking space big enough to accommodate up to two large vehicles, and there is plenty of free public parking on Folly Beach as well. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Overall, the property was as advertised. Good location, very clean, spacious. As an FYI, no barbecue grills at the property, so please bring your own if you wish to grill out. Make sure to stop by the leasing office to pick up your parking passes. Would have been more convenient if they were located inside the unit, but no big deal.

We had another great visit. We enjoy Folly and visit at least once per year. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a great location for our group including some that have trouble walking long distances. We had all the space and amenities that we needed for our party of 4. The beach and Center st were just a short walk away. We didn't even move the cars the entire week. I was also surprised by the price compared to other places we have stayed, great value in my opinion. I would stay again and recommend!

We had a great ladies trip! This condo had everything we needed. Very well stocked! We spent a lot of time on the balcony and could see the pier and ocean from the balcony. The beds were super comfortable and having three full baths was great! Listening to the live music from our balcony was such a treat!

Loved how equiped the kitchen was. Beautiful home. No complaints except porch ceilings fans were not working. Probably need replacing, noticed one paddle was broken. Great get away. Would rent again!

Great space for a group, with each bedroom having its own bathroom, and a nice sitting area and well equipped kitchen. Folly Beach has a nice, laidback vibe that we enjoyed but this unit is surrounded by several restaurants and bars that were quite noisy into the night. The condo is located right across the street from a beach access point, which is great but just be aware that it can also be loud.

The condo was perfectly located with easy access to the beach and the main part of town. We walked to everything. The space was perfect for our group of 4 - enough room to spread out but still hang together. We spent a lot of time on the porch and enjoyed early morning sunrise + then again in the evening, hearing the music drift over from the nearby bars. We had everything we needed and would definitely choose this location again on a future visit.

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We loved the location! It is across the street from the beach and an easy walk to tons of restaurants. You can't beat the convenience! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Folly Beach :)

Everything was convenient, clean and newly renovated. Loved seeing the waves even though we weren’t directly on the beach. Walking distance to everything. Great for teenagers. Good customer service.

We stayed at cool corner and absolutely loved it. We had three couples and everyone had their on bedroom with bathroom attached. The location was convenient to shops, dining and downtown Charleston. The folks at Vacasa were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
