Located in Imperial Beach, this attractive condo for $245 per night is a great option for your next trip. This two bedroom, two bath corner condo is right on the sands of Imperial Beach in sunny San Diego. The condo boasts stunning views of Coronado and the Downtown San Diego skyline. Enjoy the complex's pool/spa after a fun day at the beach, or get your workout in at the complex's exercise room. The flourishing neighborhood of Imperial Beach is teeming with restaurants and shops and just a short drive to San Diego's other vibrant neighborhoods. The world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Petco Park, Balboa Park and many other exciting attractions are 15 minutes away by car or uber. The unit is fully stocked with linens, pots and pans, and a keurig coffee maker. There are two parking spots in a gated garage with elevator access from the garage to the top floor of the building. Self check-in via a lock box allows for flexibility. ***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico’s water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

The property was perfect for our needs. We were hosting several elderly family members. The one level condo and easy (though a bit of a walk) access to the elevator made their visits easy. The kitchen was well equipped. All went smoothly.

We traveled to San Diego to have Christmas with our family. This condo was perfect. The decor is up to date and the condo was clean. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. We hope to stay here again next year.

This was our first stay at Imperial Beach. Our son and family stayed at another room on the same property. It was a great location on the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was closed but Coronado Beach was close and perfect for our grandkids. Our room was as described and met all our needs.

We stay at the Beach Club several times a year, and this is by far our favorite condo. Communication with us was great and we appreciated all the amenities that were provided. Floorplan and Interior was updated with a well stocked spacious kitchen. The last condo we rented didn't even have soap or paper towels! Look forward to staying again.

Thoroughly enjoyed property on beach and the hot tub. Also enjoyed the whole Imperial Beach atmosphere. Bonus was a VW car show on Sunday!

My husband and I really loved this property - the view, proximity to the beach, sunsets from the deck, and the calm and quiet of the complex. The condo was tastefully furnished with everything we needed. We hope to return in the future.

Condo was very nice to stay in. Price was affordable. Felt like home. Kids loved it, they will never forget it and the beach was right on site for us to spend the day. It was easy access for shopping and restaurants in walking distance. It was convenient for us to plan trips to nearby SD Zoo and Convention Center. We hope to be welcomed back next year.

I came to visit my grandson, Navy guy, and we had a great time. The location was nice with a view of the beach from the living room. The home was decorated very cute and it was very clean. It was suppled with everything we could have wanted for our stay. I highly recommend the stay. Whitney was very attentive to any questions also.

Property was great. Pool maintenance during the stay was not favorable for the timing. Stunk the beach was closed to swimming, but the Strand offers great other options. Enjoyed it!

Overall really great place to stay. The view, waterfront property, small shops, restaurants, and fishing peer were great. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the balcony which I really enjoyed. Inside the home everything was very well stocked and clean and very well decorated. We would definitely stay here again :)

The unit is as described in the listing. The host communicated clearly and effectively. We didn’t have any issues with anything. Easy access to the beach and within walking distance of several places to eat! Excellent spot, we hope to come back soon!

This was a wonderful place. Right off the water, walking distance to great dining options. The condo itself was clean and she has thought of all of the little things that would be helpful. Coming in after midnight, the snacks were such a sweet touch. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

This is a very comfortable condo and we couldn't get enough of watching the changing ocean and the sunsets every day during our four week stay. The location is good, right on the beach, with many restaurants within walking distance, but a car trip is necessary if you want to explore San Diego outside of Imperial Beach. We didn't get to use the pool because of the cool weather, but the courtyard is very nicely landscaped.

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rental and the snacks that were provided. The beach was a few steps away and the view was just what we needed. Many of San Diego's attractions were close by.
