Located in Bend, this attractive house for $299 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beautiful family owned 5 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home with cable & Wi-Fi located in a quiet neighborhood on Bend's westside. The home is only a few blocks from the beautiful Deschutes River and is tastefully decorated and furnished for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items for your cooking needs. A large deck off the kitchen (550 sq ft.) with a gas barbecue provides you with a great patio setting to enjoy the beautiful weather of Central Oregon. This 5 bedroom home has a nicely furnished kitchen/family room with a 42 in, and is 2950sqft.. TV, DVD, stereo surround system to enjoy while relaxing, cooking, and dining. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a large living room/ formal dining room on the main floor. The primary bedroom and bath has a separate shower and large soaking tub with a large walk-in closet . The house sleeps 8. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs all w/ queens including 1 w/ a twin trundle bed. There is a large bathroom w/ tub/shower upstairs as well. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and a separate guest bath w/ shower. There is a large bonus room upstairs with a ping pong table, TV and DVD player for you to enjoy. Frank is an amazing host and this property is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Home is gorgeous and well appointed. Backyard and deck are amazing. AC kept us cool, and we were so comfortable. Truly an incredible find.

The ad actually doesn’t do this place justice. It’s a nice house with ample accommodations and is in a great location. The back deck and yard are well kept and inviting. The living space is large and the kitchen had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a reunion of women who went to college together. This home was perfect! We had comfortable space to sit and talk - the deck area in back, the family room, kitchen table, the front room, and dining room! Bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were good sized and all very clean. The location was perfect for the Mill Area, downtown, and the road to Sisters. We hope to return in the next year or two!

Overall a great rental home. Beds are comfortable (1 bed squeaks every time you turn over or even sit on it). Nice towels. Good location. Very nice to be able to park in the garage, but very inconvenient to not be provided with a remote control for the garage door opener. Listing should note that network TV is not provided, only 1 local channel, or You Tube TV.

We were 9 people, an intergenerational group and found the house to be comfortable and convenient. There is plenty of common space for folks to hang out together or separately. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked dinner at home and found we had everything we needed in terms of cook/prep ware. The deck was especially wonderful. Even though we were there during a heat wave, the roll out awning helped keep the deck area cool. The one thing I would say is that the third full bathroom is on the first floor next to the 5th and smallest bedroom (really a den with French doors) and both are close to the front and garage doors. The rest of the beds/baths are on the 2nd floor. We figured this out but I would have liked knowing that beforehand. The house is also super close to downtown Bend and walkable to a walking/biking path that gets you to the river’s edge in about 2.5 miles and has great views. I’d highly recommend this house for families with kids. For a large group of adults, I’d say just know there are three very different bathrooms.

The photos do not do this property justice! It's a gem!
We rented this house for a girls trip (aunts and cousins) and it was the perfect choice. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, towels, seating areas large enough for a group, etc. The furniture, decor, and backyard are all much nicer than they look in the pictures. There is lots of dinnerware, and extras that are usually missing from a rental but make such a difference: cute little bowls for snacks, nice glasses, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice for an early morning walk. Stores, restaurants, etc. are a short drive. away. If this place is available for your dates, book it quickly! I'd love to return.
