Our home has been lovingly updated from top to bottom - NEWER flooring, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and much, much more! This vacation home literally HAS IT ALL - modern amenities and furnishings, tall pine trees, MAGNIFICENT VIEWS - and only minutes from shopping and Downtown Prescott! For your comfort, the home features CENTRAL AC & HEAT - though the nights cool down considerably. For our guests' convenience, the home offers a full-size HE washer & dryer - so pack light! WIFI - Wireless high-speed internet provided. Three generous-sized bedrooms are furnished with new beds and linens, and offer plenty of space for clothing storage - roomy closets & new dressers. The home's fantastic floor-plan features TWO comfortable and inviting Living Rooms - each with its own 50" SmartTVs. The set-up is perfect for families - offering plenty of space to spread out, relax, watch TV and movies - or play one of the several games available at the house. The completely remodeled eat-in kitchen features all-new cabinets, quartz counter-tops and a LARGE center island that opens to the front living room. You'll find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare & cook a meal - including new appliances - dishwasher, 5-burner gas range and built-in microwave. The peaceful, FULLY FENCED, backyard is lined with pine trees and offers extended area to enjoy your morning coffee, wine or grill a meal on the NEW 5-burner gas BBQ. The backyard also features a LARGE SEPARATE GATED AND FENCED dog run. We enjoy sitting on the front porch throughout the day to take in the exquisite mountain vistas. The expansive windows in the Living Room and Family room are a feast for the eyes, filled with the view of pines trees and mountains along the horizon. Location, location, location! Our home is situated in a fabulous neighborhood, adjacent to the historic Park district and close to downtown! The home is named for its "Tree Top" setting - atop a hill - which makes for great star-gazing and affords magnificent views of the mountains and Ponderosa Pines that surround this quaint neighborhood and town. NOTE: Since the home sits high on the lot, the DRIVEWAY IS STEEP and should NOT BE USED if a vehicle does not have high-clearance in the front/back, or during the cold winter months and/or when weather conditions or forecasts include rain, snow or any other type of condensation. *There is PLENTY OF STREET PARKING - in front & in back of the home. Per Prescott City Code, specifically Chapter 4-9-6 (G): All guests are REQUIRED to enter into a rental agreement prior to occupancy. Overall a great property. Manager contacted me several times and produced redundant info. I would prefer less communication. Also charged for cleaning but requested I stripped the beds and start the laundry and start the dishwasher. Seemed like a big charge for the amount of work they wanted at checkout. Also the driveway is steep as hell.

I would 100% stay here again. Linda was awesome and very communicative. It’s a super clean, cozy place that is very close to the main square. Driveway is very steep but there are stairs to the front door with a lighted pathway. Backyard was nice and clean too. Book this place with confidence. ✌️💚

On top of that, Linda was very supportive of our situation. Her kind messages and quick responses are the exact reasons we choose a property that wasn’t owned by some rental company. I would love to return to Prescott for an actual vacation and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Helped us with great recommendations around Prescott as well. House is very comfortable, clean and updated, professionally run, and just as advertised in the photos. Love all of the small touch extras like pet sheets for the furniture, extra towels and toiletries, kitchen supply’s, extra garage bags etc. Dog friendly fenced in backyard and fantastic neighborhood for dog walking (saw tons of others doing the same with their dogs). Quiet and gorgeous mountain top neighborhood with dark skies. Just 3 min drive to courthouse area in downtown Prescott. Would definitely highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable alternative to the chain hotels in town, especially if you have a pet.

The Tree-Top house was exactly as described and the location is terrific. The owner was flexible on a last minute date change request and was very responsive to any questions I posed. She even went above and beyond to send me a list of top restaurants to try. She and her family take great pride in providing a top-notch experience and have a great love for Prescott, which shows in her reaching out on multiple occasions to see if there was anything she could do to improve our stay.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here. The house is perfect for our needs, close to everything in Prescott. The house is nicely furnished with everything needed to be totally comfortable. Our little dog loves the fenced backyard where she could wander around and check everything out. Both the hosts and property manager made sure that we were well taken care of. Perfect location well stocked
The property manager was wonderful. The location is in the tree tops and perfect viewing from the front porch and the backyard. The bonus family room would be great if you had young children since it has an extra TV and all the games you could possibly want. I’ve never been to a VBRO home that is well stocked with enough trash bags, toilet paper and detergent. Usually one has to run out for extras during a week stay. Not here!
It is located close to the main streets of Prescott yet in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family break from the heat.

Nice place to stay
This property has been remodeled and has plenty of space. The location is nice, peaceful and beautiful. There are a few things to note. The owners do inform renters about the driveway, but please note that it is VERY steep as well as the stairs to get into the house. Also, the internet is slower in the main part of the house. Finally, the water pressure in the master bath is somewhat weak.
But overall the place is great to rent and the owners are easy to get in contact with for any needs.
