A pleasant hotel with a restaurant in a quiet neighborhood. Great pool, perfect for a swim! Friendly staff at both the hotel and restaurant. Tasty breakfasts :)
Water is charged the next day, and you have to go to the restaurant to get it yourself. It's strange, because we received it for free once, and then it was added to our bill the next day. Now you can actually refill your room's water once a day, especially since it was probably tap water.

Nice big and comfortable bed and good shower. The food at breakfast was nice but the service to replace the buffet when it ran out was slow. The location was good too.
We arrived and wanted to use the indoor pool but we were told it was only for guests who also paid for the spa. When we said we would pay to use the spa we were told it was fully booked and we had to book months in advance. Then we wanted to do the yoga classes, also fully booked. The receptionist wasn’t understanding when we spoke of our frustration her and just explained how it was our fault we did message the hotel in advance to reserve this. So we decided to use the gym instead, it was very basic and lots of the equipment wasn’t working properly (treadmill wouldn’t incline, squeaky cross trainer, spin bike seat height wouldn’t etc). There was no water machine and no staff around to ask for anything, so I had to go all the way to the restaurant to find a staff member. Everything felt quite basic and minimalist in the room too.
