Lovely room on first floor with sea view. We returned after previous visit when they were so kind to our dogs. Brilliantly convenient to arrive/depart the Ibiza/Denia ferry. Lovely pool and nice staff.

Breakfast is always excellent and the poolside is the most relaxing area for us. We had lunch on the first day which was excellent and we usually stay for dinner at least once or twice but this time round, our schedule didn't permit. We know from previous experience that dinner is always great.
Not much to be honest. The staff are always great. We had a slight delay in checking in on the first day due to a discussion between two staff members rather than attending to regular guests waiting at the desk. It wasn't a long conversation but probably worth noting

Very special location. The hotel is uniquely located in the best place of the area: the best beaches and trail heads on the doorstep

Disappointing to have only juliet balcony. We expected a balcony we could access. Bedside lights didnot work and bidet was not clean.
