Welcoming with great facilities
The sink in bathroom was slightly blocked and smelt

The room was nice clean and well appointed.
Food was well cooked and presented.
Pillows and mattress were very firm resulting in a poor night's sleep.
Staff in Restaurant on the evening were vert curt and bar staff seemed to favour regulars.

Convenient location next to A11. Have stayed quite a few times before. Good to have restaurant, cafe and outside areas.
Person on reception was lovely when I checked in.
Air conditioning. Opening window.
Room was small - that's ok as you know the size when booking.
I travel a lot so do have a comparison! And this hotel is not updating or upgrading. All a bit tired. Cobwebs and spiders in the top corner above the wardrobe.
In a small room why use a large heavy chair at the desk/dresser AND add another armchair taking up space and blocking the wardrobe? Save the floor space! So there is room for bags. A stool at the dresser would be fine.
Bed is comfortable but the pillows are terrible - all four very hard and lumpy. Other travellers have also complained about this.
No bedside lamp, instead there is an old fashioned radio taking up space.
No iron.
No water provided.
Disappointed and checked out early.
When I handed in key and checked out I was not asked 'how was your stay?'
